            Mobicip updated their app recently. Since the update, one of our devices through the plan has been unaccessible... for several weeks now. I have emailed and Mobicip's suggestions are not working in my account. I finally got a call back on Tuesday, 3/29/22 (after multiple requests via email). However, when I received the call, I had an unexpected situation that made me unavailable to take the call. I called back right away to no answer. I received another email 4/3/22 that I would be called 4/4/22, but that hasn't happened, either. I cannot get into the device without their resolution. I am spending money for this service and it is nothing but a continued problem. Please assist.

            Mobicip parental controls software is an excellent choice, as it is highly customizable, allowing admin's to block specific phrases. It is a VPN, so all traffic is routed though the software.
