    I hired "S*****" on Shiply, a service which provide shipments from one place to another through vendors they have vetted. The company he works for is called ENVIOS YUCA, based in Newbury California. I hired him to move a desk & chair from San Diego California to Irving Texas last February. He arrived Feb 6th in San Diego (a day late) and loaded the desk & chair onto his truck from transport. I told him I would see him February 25th in Irving. He arrived in Irving with the desk however when he moved the desk into the house, he forgot one of the drawers. Ever since then, I have been calling, texting, sending messages on Shiply to him, enquiring about the drawer and when he will deliver it (via UPS, FEDEX, etc.). He has had excuse after excuse and it has now been OVER two months and I am still without a drawer for this desk. He said he will ship it to me next week however next week comes and goes and nothing! This has gone on and on for two months and I'm literally beside myself. And now, he refuses to answer calls or texts (or has blocked me)???? He charged $780 to move the desk and chair and we even gave him a $100 tip for his service, not knowing that the drawer was missing. I have attached a photo of the desk with missing drawer, second drawer right hand side is missing. Can you help in anyway to resolve this issue? It has been an extremely frustrating time for me to deal with "S*****" - he seems to have no sense of morals or values when it comes to a customer! I am irate with him and want answers as well as the desk!
