      2/23/2023 On November 7th I paid a company called ROI Revenue of Inspiration $1,340.00 to get my products before their directory of wholesale buyers to help boost the sales of (my company) Mind Body Soul Oil. Subsequently, I discovered that I had been misled into believing that their services would be of benefit to my company. Figuratively speaking, I signed a contract to purchase a car only to find out that the engine and transmission etc. etc. would cost additional monies. I was asked to write and submit a sales pitch to use that would attract vendors. I did that, but I complained about this requirement because I felt that this was their job to perform. I was then told that for additional monies, their staff could do the writing for me. When I complained again about the issue, they edited the sales pitch I submitted and now claim that the monies I paid them so far ($1,340) was used up in doing so. Over two months have passed since they launched my Boutique, and I have had no sales or requests for samples as a result of their services. I have many emails and additional events of their failure to perform contractual norms to support a justification for a refund, but this form has a limitation on the number of words allowed. I think I deserve a refund, and I'm asking your help to receive it. As of 2/24/2023 my request to the company for a refund has not happened. Sincerely, *** ***** [email protected] ###-###-####

Brands looking to grow their business by connecting with retailers and spas work with us to help assist them. Each participant has a virtual brand boutique dedicated to their brand that includes relevant information that these buyers are seeking. In turn, when buyers are looking for new brands, they leverage our platform to discover new innovations. 


      Included in his 12-month “silver” membership, he receives the below:


      Brand Uncover virtual brand boutique - completed on 12/7/2022
      A brand profile in our digital brand book for buyers - completed on 12/7/2022
      A 30-minute assessment call with our brand builders - completed on 12/20/2022
      A 30-minute training with our team - 4 attempts, no response from *** *****
      1 feature in our buyer-dedicated newsletter - must be complete by 11/6/2023
      3 features on our social media - 1 feature completed on 12/16/2022, remaining 2 must be complete by 11/6/2023

      12/16/2022: E*** ****** attempts to schedule a training, no response
      12/20/2022: *** ***** meets with T***** ***** for a 60-minute assessment call
      12/20/2022: E*** ****** attempts to schedule a training, no response
      12/21/2022: T***** ***** creates a custom order form template for Mind Body Soul Oil and attempts to connect Dan to G*** ****** and E*** ****** for a sales training
      1/4/2023: E*** ****** attempts to schedule a training, no response
      1/20/2023: T***** ***** creates a brand pitch presentation for Mind Body Soul Oil. Kindly note: this is not included in the annual membership. This service is $250 / hour but was done in good faith to help support the brand.
      2/24/2023: E*** ****** alerts *** ***** that we will send a refund of $1000 but needs him to confirm his mailing address, no response
      2/24/2023: *** ***** makes negative comments publicly on Brand Uncover Instagram page
      2/24/2023: *** ***** makes formal complaint to BBB


      We would like to remove the customer concern regarding our company from the Better Business Bureau, given that our team has provided hours of service to Mind Body Soul, made many failed attempts to connect with the founder prior to this complaint, and we have already agreed to provide a refund. In the attachments, you will find some of our previous communication, as well as one of the documents that were created for Mind Body Soul Oil.

      I am rejecting this response because: I never received an e-mail stating that their company had agreed to my refund request for $1000 (one thousand dollars).  I don't doubt their promise to do so and have stopped any further actions on my part that could have a negative effect on their company.       We have attached our email that was sent to *** ***** ([email protected]) on Friday, 2/24 at 3:57 PM EST that stated we will send a refund in the amount of $1000. We requested that Dan confirm his preferred mailing address.


      Now that we have received his preferred mailing address, our team will be sending a check to Dan’s provided address by tomorrow end of day.
