    My name is P**** ***** and I contacted a business called, Click Ready Shipped, business offering the opportunity to go into business yourself or just earn extra money. By getting others like myself to market their products and when sales are made, they, such as myself earn a commission. Well the guy I believe whose name is , J. ******* ********, or J**** ******* ********, and I had a disagreement. They/he, told me just to send the package back. Which I did in the time allowed.. However they eventually gone from taking my calls to no longer accepting my calls when I call about never receiving my Refund... I was asked to send a note of reminder even once before saying. "Attention Anthony" and still never received the Refund. It,s been over 6 months and going on a year, now almost, since I mailed it back to them and they still to this day, never mailed me back my refund of $39.00 .

    On the original paperwork I received they have themselves listed as a BBB accredited member. They offer you better advertising with Google, etc. for a fee naturally. They have supposedly given me Canadian Sales, Europe sales, even recruit people to work under me so I would even get some of the money they took in would be credited to my sales volume. I was suppose to start receiving checks once I met my income goals for the company. So far I have gotten only a little over $300.00 and have put in about $90,000.00 for their business to work for me in advancing my opportunities to bring in more money through sales. One sales promotion was for corporate sales so you would be able to cash in on bulk sales that would bring in lots of revenue. Check amounts would vary from $2,200.00 to about $4,000.00. This started for me in January 2023. Almost all of this money is supposed to be refunded to me, once the income goals have been met. I have tried to get marketing materials from them, but no luck. I do get the post cards and addresses to mail out the cards, but that has been it so far. Even sending out the post cards only lists my web site just once and has the company on the card three times, so there is no guarantee that they will use my web site for getting sales and not the company site. I asked them to change that aspect the cards, but so far have not seen any changes. The website I have for my use is www.easyshopclickreadyship.com. A couple of week ago the site was not operating. I don't know how ling the site was not operating as it something I don't check every day. They told me they were updating it with over 60,000 new products, but I haven't seen that much of a change on the web site as far as product updates go.

    Mr T***** has been a customer for a few years and he is impossible to reach we leave numerous messages we have paid him on all his sales and we will send him a report of his back office when he requests his website is up and active we are putting in new pictures and it takes time we have signed contracts for his advertising he did with us and we just wanna have a good relationship and have him contact us we told him to send a postcard with the changes he wants we are waiting on that thank you for your time Jim

    Beginning 6/13/2022 ClickReadyShip Approached me by USPS. The program was to sell their products and get a commission from it. There's a fee of $128.95 that I paid. On 6/14/2022, they called and claimed that I needed to pay additional $2,495 to be more effective. All this would be refunded in full once $5,000 gross in sales was achieved. On 6/27/2022 they asked me to send a check of $2,500. This was to build a website (to create more exposure). I sent the check. There was communication back and forth. A person "A******" told me that I had 2 sales made. The commission was coming. There were postcards mailed to me. I mailed them out (advertising). So far the sales program was just not working. They can be a scam. I request my money back.

    We built the website and sent out all the materials as promised  we don’t guarantee sales because we have no idea who is going to buy. Our vendors who build the website will not refund when it’s up past 30 days. We have not heard one word from this customer that they are unhappy. If they call and reach out we can help them generate sales on there site we just don’t make any promises but we will do our best

    Please take this response as a requirement to keep this complaint alive.  I will send you five e-mails to prove that I made communication/complaint directly with ClickReadyShip earlier (the text transfer to computer files is slow).  They ( ClickReadyShip) continued to give me fault reports. They claimed that I had never complained.

    I have sent 5 files that show that I have communicated with the business (See the file labelled Consumer Additional Info). One of the image's shows an email that was sent by the business letting me know that I had 3 sales and will get a check un d of the month. The email was dated on August 18, 2023.

    I joined this company in October 2023.. it's an associate retail website.. they created a clone website where when someone purchases from it, I get a percentage of the profits... I paid for two different Google search tools.. cost - close to $5000... I was told by my "manager" that I had sales. This was back in September.. they said they would send me a check every month if I had sales.. it's December and I still haven't received anything.. when I call there I get the run around.. to they always have me call someone else..     L** ********* Has Had Some Sales We Have Been Trying To Contact Him And We Get No Returned Calls From Him. We Told Him We Need A Physical Address To Send Him His Check He Only Provides PO BOX.     I was ripped out of $10,000 and have proof of payments sent to click ready ship I have also invested in a lawyer we sent a drafted letter to the owner and he tried to lie sending a letter back saying he has sent our commission check I am now still trying to work things out with them into I right a big book about them and send to big authoritys plus adding on more fees once going to court please help me resolve this issue

    I am rejecting this response because: I need them to eiteher send the commission check promised, also or refund or send over a notarized document stateing they will work with me the right and appropriate away with making sure I'm treated equally and fair if not the case shall remain open I also will be pursuing a court case and other ways to get my money back  far writing a book and sending it to big higher authoritys
