The salesman, B**** ****, was very informative and thorough. Later, we learned, he was just that a salesman. Towards the end of the project he said not to worry about an open Permit. Come to find out if we had listened to him we would have incurred more expenses! JUST A SALESMAN, doesn’t care. A project that was supposed to take two days took 3 months. I don’t know if this system is going to be successful because it’s sitting on an old ceiling that every single “expert” in the sales, installation and management department said could hold the system. But as soon as it was installed the ceiling started to crack. They sent a TERRIBLE handyman service (Mike’s Handyman Service) that did not take pride in their job! Cackle on the cracks and did not secure the frame. Once the installation manager fixed the problem it still took another month before the job was approved for a permit! And, WE had to call them, make the appointment when that was supposed to be done by the company. “Included in the price” When we tried to get this resolved and compensated they referred us to a lawyer. This is the company that has the logo “Your comfort is our priority” I would say do your homework as to whether the system is suitable for your home first. All they want to do is get it sold and into your home. We still have problems with the system turning off at the appropriate temperature. Every single one of them tried to correct it. We gave up on a resolution, we got tired of dealing with their lack of knowledge.

I am truly disappointed with this company. The problem started when they sold my family a new system, which was over $18000 only to find out from them that it was not the right system for the house(after it was installed after we had problems with it) and that it needed to be relocated to the attic of the house and that they wanted $11,000 more to put the correct system in. Total bait and switch tactics. I thought this company was full of experts, but apparently not because if there where experts none of the issues I am having would have happened and the proper system would have been installed in the first place. I had them out a few times before writing this review to try to make it right and each time they gave me a bunch of you know what and the problem still remains. My new home (with defective HVAC system) is very hot in the summer upstairs freezing cold downstairs in the summer and baking hot upstairs and freezing cold downstairs. At the time the job was sold to us there was no mention of any additional equipment or costs to balance out the temperatures. BUYER BEWARE! I also tried calling the owner a few times and the staff kept making evasive excuses why he couldn’t come to the phone, never heard from him. I have gone out of my way to try to give this company opportunities to cure their mistakes.Have filed complaints with state oversight. The company refuses to fix the fact that they installed the wrong system in my home and never offered the right one from the onset.
