      I purchased a Frigidaire double oven from Appliances Unlimited on Dec. 8, 2021.. it was installed Dec. 13, 2021.. I paid $*******...Install was fine, Oven preheated in 1/2 an hour, Next day I turned on oven and it took 2 1/2 hours to preheat.. I called the Frigidaire customer service and was given a list of warranty repair in my zip code. I googled each and they all had 2 star ratings and awful complaints. Next day I called Appliances Unlimited and they said they couldn't do anything about the warranty companies chosen. When I called Frigidaire my call was dropped twice or hung up. Appliances called and they gave ***** *****, the owner a name which was one of the ones who had a two star rating.. He said he was told I would have a window from 8-5 for service. Told him it was not doable. He had me call but I decided from the reviews I wasn''t going to go thru the frustration that others had.. Called my reliable appliance person and he came out and told me a new relay part was needed.. that the one I had was obviously defected... The new part should be installed next week The part is $400 plus install. I feel Frigidaire and Appliances Unlimited should share in the cost. I can provide the bill for the install next week Tried finding the person who is in charge of Frigidaire and there is no phone number or email address.. They conveniently make it so they are unattainable. I do not think it right that mfg have inferior warranty service.. From the complaints customers from Lowes and other businesses use the same warranty businesses... I post a review on Yelp.,..also There were complaints about Appliance Unlimited on Google.. stating price hike as well as no call back on delays

      We are ***** and ******* *****, an elderly couple who purchased a dishwasher 2 weeks ago from Appliances Unlimited in ***********. The dishwasher does not heat water hot, nor dry the dishes and has no sanitation feature. Basically it is useless as a dishwasher. After cycle ends, dishes are always completely wet, cold. Sometimes the cycle does not finish, soap dish opens with soap oozing half out. When repair technician finally came out, he told my husband, ***** *****, that it needs a new heating element. The tech went to his truck, spoke with owner *****, and came back in saying it didn't need a heating element, that we should use a drying packet and it would work fine. ***** told him that will not fix the problem because a drying packet won't heat the water nor create heated drying. Tech said he would come back. 12/17 serviceman was a no show. Then a store representative told me (*******) 'there is no heating element.' The technician had the manual right on the counter while he was working so he would have known if it has a heating element or not so one party or the other lied. We do not want this low quality machine, and asked ***** to exchange it or return it, as indicated on the attached receipt, for a $100.00 restocking fee which we were willing to pay. He offered to send another technician to verify the problem as "user error." It is not user error. The dishwasher is a brick. I asked my daughter ***** to call to set up exchange (I am sick with heart issues.) She asked ***** to exchange it or return it. ***** rudely refused and actually said he "DOES NOT STAND BY HIS PRODUCTS," "does not have anything in place to take care of this problem," "will not exchange nor refund" us for the machine. All dishwashers heat water, and for sanitary purposes, water needs to be heated between XXX-XXX degrees to prevent bacteria and poisoning. We want them to come and take away this dishwasher and be reimbursed $735.00 which includes water line and tax.
