      I have been trying to contact Extend My Seat concerning a defective and unsafe product I purchased from them, they will not respond. I need a particular part replaced and do not mind partially paying for it.even though its defective, but they will not respond.

      To whom it may concern: On December 10th, 2023, I ordered seat extension brackets from a company called extendmyseat.com for the car I was in the process of purchasing, a 2012 Toyota Prius V, whereas I spoke w/chat person there, Sara who I originally assumed the brackets would fit my car I was purchasing from dealership. I paid $****** for said brackets and have the original invoice along w/some of the ongoing correspondences I’ve had w/ supposed employees. The supposed owner ******* ******* contacted me and said they no longer make the “V” design of my car I purchased brackets whereas originally via chat I spoke with **** and I included the series “V” of my car, and I feel she didn’t see that and said They Do carry brackets for my car. Long story short, I’ve contacted various supposed workers at extendmyseat company with no communication to them receiving returned brackets that I sent back via Fed Ex on 12/21/2023? I’ve talked via chat through their website which appears to be the Only way to talk to anyone about any issue. Each time I talk with someone, they assure me they will send my complaint via escalated to proper department, but I Never hear back from anyone?

      I purchased seat product on May 22nd. Order number ****. Upon attempting to install product found it was manufactured incorrectly for my vehicle. I have requested a return for refund but their web site says products should be sent at customers expense. I communicate on their web site I didnt want to absorb any return shipping or restocking fees. I got an email on June 7 from ******* that they would be providing a return label for me. To date I have not heard or received anything further from the company. This company is exceedingly poor at communicating or resolving issues. Their BBB rating confirms. I simply want to return product for 100% refund of charges without absorbing any return shipping cost. If their product fit my vehicle I would have been a happy customer. Now we are here and they are content to stonewall a customer that received a poorly designed product.

      Ordered product from company May 22nd and upon attempting to install on my vehicle I found it did not fit properly. I have communicated my displeasure with product and have asked to return it. I also asked that they resolve it quickly. A representative (*******) from the company emailed on June 7th that a return shipping label will be sent but now 2 or more weeks have passed and nothing. Trying to get help from anyone is impossible. I want to return the item to company without restock fees or absorb any shipping cost. The item is not made for my vehicle as its represented. I want a 100% refund of my CC charges. They are stalling intentionally.

      I ordered a product on July 12. I received immediate confirmation. I receive shipping notification on July 13. I still have not received the product. I sent e-mails on August 5 and September 9. I initiated a chat on their web site on September 9, September 29, and again on October 11. I have not received a response from their sales team. I have requested a refund on both September 29 and October 11. On October 11, ExtendMySeat responded that they processed my refund. Since I paid with PayPal, the refund was present in PayPal. However, it has been marked Pending on PayPal for a week now. That indicates to me that ExtendMySeat processed paper work but has not followed through and actually submitted the payment. Everything about this lengthy issue tells me that the ExtendMySeat company has minimal integrity and does not follow good business practices. It appears that they are just using my money and do not appear to have any intention of returning my funds.-----I have copies of all of my e-mails and chat transcripts. However, I am not comfortable uploading all of those documents because they contain all of my personal contact information plus a history and details of the transaction with Extend My Seat, LLC that could easily be used to create an identity theft. I there any way to do a secure upload to a BBB location that had limited access?

      Purchased seat extenders on 3/21/22 order number **** received package on 3/28/22 1Z93R9100395391377, I Contacted customer service that a was wrong part sent. they sent parts for a older car im which I dont own, they said they will send the correct parts out and they will provide me with a *** return shipping label to send back 1Z93R9109097217246, I sent there parts back and never received anything, I kept contacting them about status and keep getting the runaround, I couldnt Take it any more and decided to cancel the order. They refuse to refund me back my money. I put a dispute with credit card and there saying they never received any parts back. There return reference also shows my order number and it was provided by the company. I feel like I was just robbed from this company and not happy that they can get away with this.

      I ordered a part totaling $305.25. I have reached out via email, phone (which resulted in going straight to voicemail), and online support. All of the methods resulted in no response. I would like a refund at the very least. I would still like this product or something similar.

      I purchased their product for $315. It was shipped to 6 XXXX Road, but I live at 61 X** Road. The company claims I entered my address incorrectly, but their own return address was wrong on the label. It said "ExtendMySuite" instead of "ExtendMySeat" . In either case, the item was not delivered to either 6 or ************************************************* to resolve this. They applied for insurance with *** but now just say the item was delivered. THey also said at one point the package was located, and now just keep saying the item was delivered. i never got it. My neighbor never got it. There is no signature for delivery. I just want a replacement OR a refund. They refuse either.

      My wife in good faith ordered some seat extenders from extendmyseat.com My wife need these extensions so she can comfortably ride in our car, after reading many positive reviews she ordered, she go a order number. We have emailed extendmyseat.com many times with no positive communications about our order. We feel completely misled and and lied to.
