I placed an order with 5 items and have yet to receive one of the items. I have emailed them with no response. There is no phone number to call to talk to someone. Their exchange policy is terrible, not only do they charge an exorbitant amount of shipping it takes another 2-3 weeks to supposedly get the item you are exchanging for, and its just a different size of the same shirt.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a shirt I liked that was heavily being promoted on Instagram. I did receive an email a couple weeks garter I placed the order that it had been shipped. Tracking never updated. Reaching out to the company has been like talking to child and getting no results. As if theyre buying time in hopes Id forget about this order all together. Considering I paid $20CAD for priority shipping, youd think Id get tracking info? This carrier they use is a French/Swiss based postal service. This Everfitte company claims they make all their product in ******* - so why use a ***** postal service? At this point its been over a month, Ive been insulted in email by these fit moms turned circuit machine operators. I just want my refund. BUYER BEWAREBusiness response

This is unfortuante that this customer is having a hard time understanding what we have told her via email already. We use a swiss postal service that ships from here in ** when we ship to ****** becasue we have found that it is more reliable than ***** She accused us of fraud, when I have clearly stated that we are a small, ********** based & mom run company that takes great pride in all our design and products. Her order was sent out quickly and she just can't seem to understand that the ******************** is used for her best interests and goes out of **********. I'm surprised that she has taken it to this level!Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Action was taken by the business and I received my shirt.
I am however unhappy with the professionalism of this business when responding or lack therefore when a customer reaches out for answers. Especially in a time when there are so many fraudulent companies. I regret my decision to take it this far but I hope they would take into consideration perhaps switching postal services and working on customer service.
