            Just like all the other complaints. Threatening calls about a fake debt collection. ----Received a threatening call from ************. Transcribed voicemail below. This is *******************************, I'm calling from the delivery department of document procedures and conduct regarding a sealed order that is scheduled to be delivered by a in person agent either your home or place of employment if no contact is establish this will be escalated and classified as a failure to comply all questions or concerns must be addressed with the issuing office you can contact them directly at ************ again ************. I called phone numbers back and talked to *******************************. Appears this is a scam based off of blind legal threats regarding legal action if I do not respond to this call. Most of the time, they say the debt is for "********"-------

            A woman called me saying I owed $2697.08 Mastercard from ***** I asked her what the account number was, when the card was opened and could she send me information? Well..... Of course she only had the last 4 of the account number, no opening date only a default date of 2013 (THAT'S STRANGE!!! CONSIDERING I BOUGHT OUR HOUSE IN 2017) and couldn't/wouldn't send me any info. She claimed she had copies of the application I supposedly signed, had proof it was my signature, a copy of my ********* sent a letter via **** to me with the information. SO... I told her I didn't receive anything. Asked if they sent it certified mail.. she said no & the postal system can/will verify that I received it! I asked why are you calling me? She said to inform me that it's a legal issue and they're filing legal charges. It's sad that people have nothing better to do than try to SCAM PEOPLE!!!
