This company scammed me out of 12,000$ Stopped answering phone calls/ emails. Was told to not pay my student loan bills because they had legal ways around private loans not federal but private. Didnt pay my student loans and NOTHING was every dime or filed as said according to **** with US hardship group. After realizing I was being scammed and my credit score took a major hit had to come up with an agreement with student loan loan holder and it ended up pulling my credit score way down so low and I became so far behind on student loan payments and had accrued so much interest on those loans a because of this company!

In February of 2017 I made an initial attempt to learn more information about a debt relief program through the US Hardship Group. After a couple e-mail correspondences, I decided to secure their services in assisting me with addressing the outstanding student loan debt I was drowning in. As part of the program, I was assured that by securing the services of US Hardship Group, not only would I be saving $35,000 in student loan debt, but I could also earn $500.00 per collector call from Navient, the student loan provider for every call they made to me attempting to collect the debt. For four years, the amount of $303.67 was automatically withdrawn from my bank account as payment to the US Hardship Group for their services, which, by the contract I signed, were to alleviate $50,000.00 worth of debt on my behalf and negotiate the payments of my student loans. To date, I still owe Navient the total amount, I am out approximately $15,000.00, and I have had no documentation that the loans were taken care of, reassigned, negotiated down on my behalf; nothing. I reached out several times requesting documentation and ultimately, requesting a refund due to the fact that the services promised were in fact, not delivered. Upon last attempted communication via phone, I was told that the case has been resolved to our satisfaction and no follow-up is needed. According to our managers, your case has been taken care of. I asked for this to be sent to me in writing and I received the following e-mail response:Jul 8 ushscs<**************************************>To:val108 SENT AN EMAIL TO ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT TO REVIEW YOUR ACCOUNT FOR YOUR REQUEST.THANKS,**** Hardship Group PH: ************** FX: (888) 543-3923 ********************************************************************* Email: ************************************** CLIENT PORTAL: www.ushsclients.com I am reaching out to you for support in negotiating an amicable resolve with this business. I would like a full refund.
