All of the individuals that I have dealt with have been kind and courteous. The workers made sure you understood everything they were talking about while helping you. I feel good about my decision to work with them to help me resolve the problem for good.

It was extremely easy to understand the steps being taken on my behalf. Questions answered and steps to be taken clearly spelled out. It made what could be a difficult process very easy to understand and follow through.

Count be happier. I was paying over $2000 just in my credit card minimum would have taken me years to pay off. I decided to put that $2000 towards actually paying off my debts instead of just filling my creditors pockets. Elevate negotiations team settled my 10 accounts in 3-6 months. My credit boosted almost instantly after paying the settled debts.

I am currently with this program, but I am considering dropping them. A couple times I have reached out to my coach I had to actually wait either 20 days for a response OR email back asking when am I going to bet a response. I had 10 cards originally signed up for this program but this company decided to not add one in, then passing the blame onto me for it being removed. I told them it never was to be removed and they would add it back on, but of course it never was. Then I ask about a charge off and the company says that that means it has been sold to a 3rd party, well that was back in March, yet I am still getting paper statements from the original creditor and not a single thing has been said to me nor communicated with me by original OR 3rd party creditor. I am HIGHLY unnerved with this company. The fees they line their pockets with are ridiculous. Very little goes to any balance on an account they may have settled. If I could have chosen 0 stars I would have. I was just fine before I signed up. And they talked so **** fast and told me hopy things to get me to sign up. Im VERY sorry I have dealt with this company.

Was told multiple times this wasn't debt consolidation. Thr contract stated it was. We stupidly signed anyways after we were again told it wasnt. I asked specific questions answers were answered in a round about way. I thought i fully understood what we were doing while talking with them thought the contract. Im in a stressful situation so i wasnt thinking clearly. After signing we were told we needed to find a new banking institution because we were consolidating. We wanted to cancel, so we called to cancel and were assured no money would be taken out of our account. They still charged us. When we called they told us they would reimberse us with a check but it would take a couple weeks to get or that we could call our financial institution and lie to them telling them we didn't know who elevate was...which if we did and our institution investigated it, they would decline our reimbursement request because elevate could prove that we did know who rhey were.

I was wrong about this company and submitted a review before giving them the chance to really correct the issue. The co-founder reached out to me directly and corrected the situation. Even gave me his personal number should I incur issues later on down the road that I need help with. Id like to retract my earlier review.

I received an unexpected phone about 5pm, on a Saturday no less, which ended up being just what I needed to assist me with my financial situation. The entire process took less than an hour. No pressure, just honest information with all questions answered and information provided in a professional,professional friendly manner. Everything was honest and no hidden information etc. One of the most pleasant business transactions that I have had. Would highly recommend this company
