A year or so ago, I visited this clinic to get some resources and guidance on scar camouflage. I was charged over ten thousand dollars for 2-3 sessions of a horrendous, borderline irredeemable SMP job, which was maybe a few inches here and there (not even an entire SMP application done on my scalp). Months later, I decided to cut my hair down and noticed just how horrible this botched job was and I felt so stupid for getting conned this badly. I drove hours and hours, paid well over five-figures, and it looked much worse than ever before. I regretted it for months on end and felt so bad about myself. It has taken me months to laser, microneedle, and finally ScarCamo this horrible job (as well as the original scar on my scalp) back to my original skin tone. It could've looked so much better if it wasn't for these con artists. The average price for an ENTIRE SMP scalp application is roughly $2,500. I was charged close to $11-12,000 for a simple scar camouflage SMP (again, few inches at most).Here I thought I'm paying all of this money because it is state of the art and told myself that the money is worth it if they are THAT good. Except they are NOT. Do NOT go here. They lie, steal, and smile while they do it (they never even took responsibility). They continued to make excuses, blaming my skin as to why the job is so poor. Except that is obviously not true, not to mention I have impeccable skin and see my dermatologist regularly, maintaining it with high-end products, micro needling, etc.I want my money back. You stole months from my self-image that I will never get back. I feel taken advantage of because they saw that I am a young, desperate man with money and nowhere to go and charged me life-changing that I am never going to get back, including the irreversible damage to my skin. We spoke about politics naturally many times and often disagreed (they were extremely MAGA). I felt as if this had a lot to do with it as well.
