      Purchased hearing aids for mother with a promise of clarity of speech. I tried to return them twice but audiologist kept telling us she could fix it when we were told by another company that she would never get clarity of speech. Went back for a ************* and 18 days later tried to return them and they refused said they had to be returned within 45 days of fitting. On the receipt it clearly says 45 days or completion of fitting. I feel audiologist did everything to prevent us from returning them, even denied us purchasing better ones which we were told at the beginning would have even better clarity of speech. She proceeded to let me know she would be out time and money.

      Information is incorrect. 
      Daughter tried to return after the 45 day period by **********. I have the daughter and mom different pricing options. They picked the best for their budget.  I saw them both a few times adjusting the hearing aids. They daughter said they would keep her older ones as a back up and use the new ones. I fixed her older hearing aids spent multiple times helping her mom did not charge them anything extra.

      theres a lot more to the story. Of all the help that I gave to her and her mom. I am always willing to help my patience as I have for 31 years without having any complaints ever. Obviously, she has other issues to deal with.

      I told the daughter we would help her mom, even though its past the 45 days and return less all the fees for the office visits plus repairing her old hearing aids and we felt that her keeping the new ones was a better option. I even have in writing or I would continue to help her mom despite any frustrations anyway that I could to help her mom here better.

      The daughter decided to write all these nasty messages, making it hard to help her or her momNow the daughter wants to be angry and retaliate against me, which is not right or acceptable

      My only reason for going to the BBB is because I am getting threatening personal attack emails from ***********************. I wrote one email documenting the timeline as I see it.  ***** has taken this personally, she has accused me of many lies, I do not even know this person.  I have felt very uncomfortable having any interaction with her, I find her very scary.  Right now I want no interaction with *****. If I could share these emails I have received from her you would understand why I have chosen not to deal directly with her.

      I don't know what the patients daughter is saying and accusing me of? I have never sent  threatening emails.  I have snet emails stating lets help your mom. I did mention that I feel harrased and my staff felt harrased which they will testify to that. I have sent emails back to her stating lets have your mom come in I do care and I will help her mom with her hearing aids. This is all documented. I can also send any information needed again to *********** 

      I have never been threatened or treated this way. I have sent a few emails stating I will refund less the fees for her visits and the fees for fixing her mom's older hearing aids. Anyone who is a professional charges for their time. 

      I am not sure where the daughter comes up with stating she doesn't know me and she feels scared? Again *****, I have offered to help your mom. I have more then once offered to have the Dr ****** reimburse less the professional fees they charge. ******* purchased her hearing aids from ************* Hearing not from me at Concierge Hearing. I have to follow their protocal not mine. I did everything to offer my surrpot and help. I have hundreds of patient who will support me and I do care and want to help:)
