            We have rented two Irvine Pacific Homes in Irvine, ********** from 2018 to 2022. We would never buy one of these, no way are they worth 1.6 million! The walls are thin enough to hear through, and whenever the master shower runs, I can hear dripping in the wall of a secondary bedroom (this house is less than five years old). The dimmer light switches are popping off the walls and the lights in the bathroom automatically shut off in the middle of my shower. The landlords get mail about class action lawsuits against Irvine Pacific. The oven and microwave don't **** properly and the hot water heater does not deliver hot water to the sink for us to wash dishes even after pushing the button that is supposed to deliver it within 15 seconds! I've watched them hastily throw up these houses with about 10 feet between them and high brick walls all around that make you feel like you are in a prison yard. AVOID
