Like the other complaints listed herein. I did not contact this company for a loan or any other reason. I'm not certain how/why they received my information but they call me nonstop multiple times a day using my business number. They don't leave a message when they go to voicemail. I have requested that they cease calling/contacting me as I am not interested.Business response

Thank you for taking the time to write us here on the BBB. We do sincerely want to apologize for the representative who you may have spoken to did not remove you from our system when you asked. I know that can get quite annoying. Our compliance team is and will be reviewing the call so we can apply some additional training needed. We are in the process of searching you in our system so we can remove any and all numbers associated to you. As a matter of fact, if you can email ******************************** with any numbers you want removed. If you can do that your request can be honored with a written confirmation from us. I have been receiving unsolicited calls from this company for many months. I finally answered one yesterday, March 6, 2023, and told the caller I was not interested and to take me off their list. I proceeded to file a complaint with the *** regarding the blatant disregard for my being on the National Do Not Call registry and having never done business with Secure One. Today, March 7, 2023, my other phone was called three times of which I answered the last one and asked **** why he was calling me after I told them to take me off their list. He proceeded to hangup on me. I will be filing three small claims court complaints, one for each call after I told them to take me off the list, for my trouble. This company should be severely sanctioned for continuing to violate the Nation Do Not Call Registry and the laws pertaining to unsolicited phone calls.Business response

We do have policies in place that should honor requests such as ones that you made and for this we sincerely want to apologize if that request was not honored. The representative you spoke to just got done with training and we again completely want to express our apologies to you in the most genuine light possible. My husband received a call from this company stating that he can help us complete an application for a loan. The issue here is one we never reached out to them. And they called him asking for me! When my husband started asking questions Hugo hung up on him! I find it predatory that they call YOU without your consent. And then hang up on you when they don’t get what they want from you.Initial Complaint

They have been calling me consistently every other day for approximately 6 months. Two weeks ago from filling out this complaint I requested that my phone number be removed from their system as I am not interested in their loans. I have still been receiving phone calls from them and when I remind them of my request they simply hang up. All I wish is for them the honor my request and to remove me from their call list.Business response

Thank you for taking the time to point this out so we can get this corrected. We are sincerely sorry about these calls placed. Im almost positive its annoying and we want to get this corrected ASAP. It is unfortunate it had to get this far because we do have company protocols in place to honor requests. There will be a few things we will be doing in response to this. A- an investigation will be opened internally to see where the person went wrong. This individual will be disciplined and suspended for a short period of time so they can take the time evaluate what they did wrong. B- We will remove any phone number we have on file so this doesnt take place again. Once again, we are very sorry about this experience, however; we will be implimenting corrective action immediately. Thank you again for letting us know of this.Initial Complaint

12-21-2022. They have been calling me for awhile. I told them to put me on the do not call list. He kept trying to get me to take out a loan. I said over and over again to put me on do not call list and he kept on trying to sell me on a loan I didnt want or need!!! They also call from local area numbers to hide their real one and call multiple times a day sometimes.Business response

Thank you for taking the time to write ** and express your concerns. We do take this seriously. We are sincerely sorry about the experience you have went through with getting some phone calls. We do send out mail to customers and we respond to customer inquiries or we provide consumers free information as a courtesy. There are two things we will do regarding this. 1.) We will check our system to see if we have your number in it. If it is in it, we will remove it from our system immediately. 2). We do have policies in place so these things dont happen so an investigation by our compliance team will be opened today and review the sequence of events so we can take some corrective action. Once again a sincere apology from us to you for the inconvenience.
