The dealership kept out vehicle over 9 weeks without resolving any issues based on coverage of a warranty that sold to us from the said dealership. We have sent to qualified request for refund in full of the amount paid in full for the extended warranty of $4995. We have not heard back or been contacted whatsoever by the dealership nor the warranty provider. We will pursue legal action in court if needed if this request is not resolved in the next 30 days.Initial Complaint

I agreed to lease a new Range Rover Velar on 09/2022 from Range Rover/Jaguar in Newport Beach.Along with all other representations made be sales agent, I was promised 2 keys for the vehicle. I was told that my second key would arrive that same week and be delivered to my residence. As of 04/28/2023, I still have not received the second set of keys for the vehicle. My wife and I leased the vehicle to be used by both of **. Having one key between ** is not only frustrating, but should one of ** lose the key or somehow stolen, we would not be able to access the vehicle or use the vehicle for several weeks. (Ordering a new key takes weeks - bc this type of key is not readily accessible and needs to have special programming.)My wife has contacted the dealership/salesman that conducted the transaction numerous times. Repeatedly she was told that the key would be mailed to her that week. I called on 04/26/2023 and spoke with the salesman that handled our transaction. He told me to bring the insurance and registration to pick up the key. But after a few minutes of checking, he came back on the line to notify me that the key is not there and would need to be ordered. I am furious and disappointed with the repeated lies and misrepresentations made by both salesman and dealership.I agreed to the transaction with the understanding that, among other promises, I would receive 2 sets of keys for the operation of the vehicle. Almost 8 months later, and I haven't received anything except several lies and misrepresentations. Based on this, I would like to cancel my lease effective immediately due to their lack of performance.Initial Complaint

I purchased a brand new Range Rover. When I left the Lot it had defects that were easily fixable. It was late in the evening on a weekend and their service department was not in. They informed me they would be able to fix it at a future date and it would be no problem to have it done. However it was a problem to schedule. In the meantime the car has started having mechanical issues and we have been reaching out to them to correct it. We love the car I wanna give them the opportunity to fix it. However service never answers service advisors never call and the car is never fixed when brought in. My brand new $110,000 Range Rover ive been having such mechanical issues that it has been in their shop for one full month total in the past ************************************************************************************************************************** to the lemon law. None of them want to fix the car. Other employees have contacted a sense and said there is such a mess there the mechanics are not capable of fixing anything and the employees are so miserable and unable to do their jobs. I just want the car fixed and I want someone to call and fix it.
