Jaguar Newport Beach tried to sell me a used 2023 ******** **** that had a serious recall. They are still advertising the car for sale. The recall indicates a very serious problem with the fuel pump and there is no fix. This car is dangerous and should not be sold or driven until the recall is fixed. This dealer is unethical and dishonest.Review from Joel P

Same experience as the ones below. If ZERO STARS were an option - This place deserves that.Sales team was decent but where the real issues lie is within their finance and service departments. Finance guy/***(s) are extremely rude and get upset when you deny certain add ons that ultimately only benefit them and the dealership owner. Almost walked out of the process but had already driven 6 hours to get there.Service department is a COMPLETE JOKE. *********************** - Sales Manager?? Complete JOKE as well.What I recommend is - Do you really want to buy from here after reading all of the negative reviews? Part of me wishes I didnt.Review from Bernadette M

As a long-time customer of *********************************************, I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. The customer service provided by the dealership has been consistently awful, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. One of the major issues I encountered was the unavailability of courtesy vehicles. Instead of providing a suitable alternative, they suggested an Uber voucher, which I find completely unsafe, especially as a woman in this day and age. Furthermore, the dealership has a tendency to overbook appointments, resulting in excessive wait times and inefficient service. This, combined with the numerous issues I have faced with my car since ordering it, has left me feeling utterly disappointed. Despite their promises when I initially purchased the vehicle, I have encountered nothing but problems and a lack of resolution from Jaguar Land Rover Newport Beach.Review from renee b

Buyer beware! My husband and I ordered a new Range Rover Sport Oct 2021. At the time of the order we received the price and option sheet for our specific car and gave a deposit to hold. The car came in early which was great HOWEVER, the price had changed substantially as per our written agreement. I was assured by ordering the car and placing a deposit I would secure the price that day. I spoke to the sales person on the phone and asked why the change??? They said the dealership is charging all buyers a ceramic coating fee, wheel fee, windshield protection etc. - We said we don't want any of that, sales person said "yeah it's a way for the dealership to make more money" we went further to let the ** **** know that this was not part of our contract as we agreed in Oct, **** was not helpful or concerned about his unturthful sales person. Very bad misleading business practices at this dealership. There are many other land rover dealerships out there RUN from this one!!
