Bad! Do not use this company!This company told me they could get rid of my student loans, and I actually paid money to them to do this, all they kept doing is sending me emails stating I needed more paperwork. I kept sending it and they would send me email saying I had all my paperwork in, and then few months later I would get the same thing, they need more paperwork, this went back and forth. In June of 2021 they sent me an email confirming I had completed everything I needed and I should hear something in ***** days. I contacted them the end of Oct, asking what the status was and was told again that they didn't have all the paperwork. The same guy who sent me the email that my application was complete, is now telling me it's not, again. This is a game they play, to get your money!! He also has sent me emails that I would not expect someone in a business to say to a customer. They also told me they were accredited with the BBB, and now I see they are not! All lies. Please beware, do not let this company take your money. This company doesn't deserve any stars, I only picked one because I had to, it should be negative stars.
