      I received an email from this company in early July that due to hot summer weather they wouldnt be able to ship to my area after that weekend (I live in **). I placed a $200+ order before 7/4. It wasnt shipped until the next week. When it arrived on 7/18, it was beyond thawed. It was completely liquified. I emailed them pictures of the food before I even brought it inside. Now its over 2 weeks later and many emails, phone messages and texts, most receiving no responses. I received a message after the notice I sent with pictures saying *** had a truck malfunction and moved my order to another truck. I got a call from *** this morning from a number no longer connected. I just received a call from Cali Raw where the employee was screaming and ranting about what a terrible and unreasonable person I was. Shes closed my account so I guess that means Im out the $200+ I paid them. These folks are dishonest and have basically stolen my money. I responses I have received from them, have contained conflicting information, none of it the same. Shes claimed theyve received everything Ive sent them but my problem is they dont respond and dont seem to be making any effort to resolve the issue. She claimed theyre going out of business because of ***. Maybe they need my money more than I do. They certainly act like theyre more *********** it than I am. The sad thing is they have a great product.

      ******** is an unstable & racist woman who despite being refunded in full over a week ago, continues to call and berate our employees with her verbal abuse. ******** has received a response to her every repeated inquiry. However, when she calls obsessively on Friday night, Saturday & Sunday she does not get a response until Monday during business hours. At this point she feels *********** verbally abuse employees. The reality is that *** experienced delays in delivery and we still ate the loss & gave her a refund. We dont know what she wants from us as she already has gotten her money back and we refuse to service her due to her abusive & racist remarks. Yes, we did put our foot down because bullies like ******** need to be told to STOP spreading hate.

      The vendors reply is heavy on abuse and facts are pretty much nonexistent. I have called (during business hours)and never once was able to reach an employee.  I sent repeated emails because I never received a response to original ones.  Yes, I was/am very aggravated at this point because I had a problem and couldnt get an acknowledgment, much less a resolution.  The company president has called twice screaming personal insults (see her response to this original complaint for examples).  Ive had to block her number from incoming calls.  I am trying to collect a refund for damaged merchandise and she has turned this into a harassment campaign to avoid addressing the problem.  She has used similar tactics on a previous complaint lodged against the company.  I have contacted my credit card company and they are investigating on their end.  I have already let them know her tendency to use  personal abuse and fabrication.  Hopefully they will be able to provide a factual response

      Two years after multiple requests to be unsubscribed and no longer contacted by the company, I still continue to receive marketing spam. I've contacted the company directly as well as unsubscribed multiple times, and I was contacted directly by the founder through her personal email and phone outside of business hours with false accusations as well as continue to receive spam from this company. I've unsubscribed yet again and still continue to be harassed with spam which is in violation of the CAN-SPAM act.

      This customer unsubscribed from SMS but did not separately unsubscribe from email. We have now hard deleted her contact info.

      She was in-fact confronted for committing credit card fraud against our small business in 2021 and refused further service after scamming more refunds than her total purchase. She has periodically continued to slander us with bad reviews since.
