I have been giving this company money for the past 9 years - they took out $50 more dollars than I agreed to with no explanation for the past 3 months- no paperwork no authorization from me to do so- ***************************** said for two days they would send a refund- on 1/17/24- then again on 1/18/24 - I just got off the phone with him and he said the refund was coming- still nothing. This is a big time scam!!!Review from Justine J

They took my money for 5 years and did absolutely nothing to help my student loan debt. I was told they were a scam Nelnet and FAFSA. I want my money back of $1200 and the $39 for 5 years. This company was a scam and when I asked for paperwork I got nothing and no help. ****************Review from Don C

I have been dealing with ********************* for too long dealing with my student loans and also paying money for years. Never did I know that this company was a scam or anything. He sounded so trustworthy and real that I believed in him bu just from reading other comments and seeing that this company is scamming makes me very upset because I have paid out so much and too much money.....yes I would like a refund and for them to put to a STOP!!!!!!!
