    Since the first day we tried to install this tv, we've had issues. My mother gave up as she could not get assistance from Evervue and was provided canned messages from tech support (Messages available upon request). Since my mother was not able to get anywhere she asked me to try and I too have hit a dead end with this company. They do not talk over the phone and I've made several request for a call and have yet to receive one from tech support. The customer service team is able to call but they are no help and only tell you to email the online form to the support team. I have sent several messages and only get canned messages. The last message told me to take the ** apart and change the input of the **** cable. I had to take all the seals off and now this very expensive high end tv is in parts. Come to find out, there is no additional active **** port so the process wasn't even necessary. So if you are looking to buy this product, follow this thread and see how Evervue resolves my concern. I am not looking for anything other than a functional ** so a replacement would be sufficient. I have proof of my concerns from day one and almost 35 emails back and forth around my concerns with no resolution to date. My emails and issues date back almost 1.5 years. I've sent emails to the *** in hopes that someone would just help resolve but I have yet to hear back from anyone. The last message I received was from their tech stating he was taking it to the team to discuss internally and that they would get back soon. Not sure why they would have me take this product apart before discussing with the team?

    DO NOT BUY FROM: I was promised my order in 3-5 weeks. It now been 3 months and I am still waiting. They blame overseas shipping which I was not aware of prior to buying. And now blame the trucking line. But they cant/wont give me shipping or tracking information.
