0/5 stars. I went there to have my dog x-rayed and rated by ** and ***, which is something I was told they did "all the time". There is a new system where you can send these x-rays through the **** not the ***** in *******. I let the doctor know that this was the method that I wanted and they dismissed me saying that they "know what they are doing" and "have been doing this for 20 years". Ok. The x-rays get done and they look great. The doctor explained to me that the ** will likely rate them this way and was generally nice to me. I paid and left. I waited for several months knowing that the process takes a few months before the results come back. I contacted the ** office in the US after 5 months and they told me they had never received these x-rays. I called the Newport office and was shirked, saying that they were sent in. Fast forward: I had a total of 8 phone conversations with the Newport office. I got into an email thread with the **** representative and the Newport office. MONTHS go by. I get nowhere. The Newport office tells me that it has been sent in but both organizations tell me they haven't received any x-ray. The woman at the **** office offers to call the office on my behalf (as it has been 5 months now and I keep getting gaslight every time I call). FINALLY after she calls them, they ARGUE with her saying THAT IS NOT A REAL PLACE TO SEND THE **RAYS AND THAT THEY DID NOT SEND THEM IN. They never sent them in to the *** OR ** for rating. I had to hound them for 5 MONTHS and record all our phone conversations before I got the finished product. The end of the service that I paid for and they said they could provide. I tell everyone I meet never to go to them. Horrible disgusting service. I don't care how nice the x-rays look if they DON'T GO ANYWHERE. THEY HAVE TO BE RATED THAT THE END OF THE SERVICE I PAID FOR.
