Disgusting! I travel weekly and this hotel should be shut down. The smell was nauseating. The carpet was so dirty and sticky. There were holes punched in the walls the doors broken switches half inch of dust on the lamps. Splashed food and drinks all over the furniture. Pubic hair in the bathtub and mold. Breakfast not being served but was a selling point on their page . Hotel lobby completely locked and doing business through a side window. I was forced to stay at this location for four hours due to there were no other hotels available . I Purchased through priceline which was pre-paid. I filed a complaint with the corporate Hotel Wyndham hotels filed a complaint with priceline and also with the BBB. I should’ve read the reviews but it was a last minute trip but reading the reviews now from others this is been going on for a very long time and the owners have not done any repairs and he’s blaming everything on Covid. I have been traveling the last two years weekly and hotel lobbies are open and breakfast is being served. I was literally ripped off and I want a complete refund.
