I began making payments in 2015 when I was a first-year teacher seeking loan forgiveness after earning my degree. The company assured me that if I made a lump sum payment and a monthly fee of $39, my student loans would be forgiven. This information turned out to be false.Initial Complaint

I have had no issue with this company until today. I was expecting a payment to be taken out on the 15th of the month as it has been for the past several months, but they decided to take out the payment a whole week EARLY right when I crucially needed those funds. This is unacceptable! I need that charge reversed NOW!!!Initial Complaint

Hi I am putting this complaint on this website so that anyone else that sees this does not get scammed by these people. I have been paying them $39 a month for the last 2 years I believe thinking that I had loan forgiveness program going on. Come to find out I called federal student loan people and they told me it is a scam and that I need to steer clear from these people. I trusted them they sounded legit they seemed really really good at their job then because they were from America. These were not people that sounded like scammers. For the past 2 years they have stolen my money as a single mom it was very hard for me to even make the $39 payment a month and for them to steal it from a woman that works very hard and tries to make ends meet every month it is a very sad and disappointing thing. I cannot believe such people exist in this world. I am in tears thinking about all the people that they have scammed and they are thinking that they're getting away with it. This needs to be brought up to everyone in the world to not ever go for their scams please see my review and block the payment from your bank to let it go through. The only reason why I didn't pay them this month is because my card was my bank account card was inactive so it was closed. Then after it was closed I did some research about this company Simon's and Miller and I figured out that there was something fishy going on here. These people are very good at their job and they do this for a living. They have an address in California I wish that someone would actually go over there and see what they're up to because it's very very fraud they need to go to jail for what they have done to people. The man named **** said that he would forgive my loans after 20 years of paying them $39 a month So I thought that was a pretty good deal because my loan is very high , but it's actually a scam. SCAM SCAM beware
