I purchased several items for my Jeep back in October of 2023 after calling ****(business owner) to verify that parts were available and that his business was legit. Everything checked out so I placed my order. A few months roll by and I open a case with PayPal to get a refund since nothing came to fruition. **** finally sends me 2 tracking numbers deceivingly for the 2 things I ordered and asked that I released the case. I released the case once I received the 2 items come to find out the 2 items were just 1 part of the order sent in 2 boxes(which I was not informed of) and was told that my other part of the order has been shipped. I than proceed to get told that *** forgot to pick it up, then they didnt grab it another day, and then I was told that it was shipped. After that, I never heard back from him. PayPal will no longer work with me on this case due to having already opened and closed a case with this transaction and the seller is no longer replying to me.Initial Complaint

I ordered a aussie locker pin and spring kit on November 12 2022. I received a email from King off road parts showing what I bought order # 2942, that part cost $ 29.99 plus I paid for shipping for $ 8.40 for a grand total of $38.39 . I checked the status of my order several times over two days and all it says is " awaiting payment ". So I checked my credit card and it shows king off road parts has charged me twice for the same order. King off road parts will not respond by telephone or email and my order has not been shipped or received.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on Dec 30 2021 order # 2181, they emailed me on Jan 3rd stating my parts will be shipped that afternoon and did not happen, it has been almost 2 weeks since i placed my order and they will not return my emails, ship my order or refund my money.Initial Complaint

I ordered automotive parts, including gears and install kits from King Off Road Parts and they never came. I ordered them 3/10/21 and the credit card used was charged 3/12/21. I have never received the parts. I have emailed many times. They will not refund the money or send the parts. They at first said that they were backordered but have since removed their email address from the website, the phone only goes to a full mailbox and they won't return my inquiries using their contact us portion of their web page. These parts cost $547.38 and this is totally unacceptable.
