DEAR SIR AND MAM; GOOD MORNING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE I DO NOT WANT TO FILE MY COMPLAINT AGAINTS THESE BROTHER PRINTERR BUT THERE CALL CENTER TECHNICAL SUPPORT ARE VERY RUDE TO US, EVEN I TOLD THEM THAT I CANNOT SEE WELL DUE TO MY EYE SURGERY, I WAS ON HOLD FOR 2 HOURS EVERY TIME I CALLED THEM, NOT ONCE BUT SEVERAL TIMES I CALLED THEM AND I HAVE INSURANCE I HAVE TO PAY THE SMART FRIENDS SUPPORT TO HELP ME DOWNLOAN THE PRINTER BUT I DO NOT HAVE THE PRINTER PASSWORD FROMN THE COMPANY, I EVEN ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD JUST REPLACED THE PRODUCT AND IM VERY WILLING TO GET THE SMALLER PRINTER THAT THIS ONE, THERE TECHNICAL SUPPORT DO NOT HAVE SUPPORT TO A SENIOR CITIZEN THERE ARE SO MANY ISSUES, PLEASE SO KINDLY SIR/MAM FORWARD MY HUMBLY PLEADINGS TO THE CONSUMER AFFAIR OR ATTORNENY GENERALS OFFICE AS WELL BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO GO, AND ITS BECAUSE THEY ARE BIG COMPANIES, AND WE HAVE INSURANACE AND THERE PRODUCTS HAS DEFECT, AND I DO THERE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ARE VERY ROAD, AND WE HAVE TO BE OM HOLD FOR 2 HOURS THE MOST,I THAT I HAVE TO WAKE UP EARLY 5AM HERE IN ********* **********.I DO NOT WANT TO USED THAT IM DIS-ABLED IM A SURVIVOR OF HOMECIDE ROBBERY ASSAULT WITH THREE MULTIPLE STAB WOUND TO MY CHEST,
