I hired Blue Wave Printing to create a graphic design. They were to provide me 20 designs for ***** I would choose one and then they would print them on hats I supplied. They have since changed the invoice to read "10 iterations". (Please note the different font on the invoice, the original was never sent to us, so we are working to verify this change.) Regardless, ***** ****** has never provided me with even ten iterations and did not follow the branding guidelines I gave him. After I requested a style change to the first design he did, he basically just sent back slight alterations to a design I provided him as an example. The deadline for the job has long passed. I have tried to work amicably to resolve this for three months. I even asked a friend to help in order to keep things amicable. But we have made no progress in receiving the full number of designs that I paid for. I have now requested a refund, even letting them know that I will have to report them. But they refuse. Additionally, I have been unable to verify their business, so now wonder if they are operating legally. Please help!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/17) */ As a small business we take pride in assisting all of our consumers with the best possible experience by going above and beyond but sometimes some particular customers may be more challenging to please. Unfortunately, Mr. *** has been very demanding and even after providing him with countless revisions he was not ok with any of them. We started off with an idea he had and we delivered it to him via email a few days later, he didn't like it so we did another design he sent over (which was never part of the agreement we first had). Nevertheless, he is insistent that he was supposed to receive 20 different designs. He was entitled to 1 logo and 10 different revisions on that design on which he agreed to in day 1. Furthermore, the reason for the delay is due to him not responding in a timely manner. Attached is Mr. ***'s invoice along with a few different designs that has already been sent over to him.
