      My spark plug was stuck on Lincoln Navigator and I was told it could cost up to $750 for repairs if they needed to drill and repair. On phone I'm told they got it removed with not much of an issue and that that labor was $250 but heater pump hose cracked in process which would cost another $800. By the way my car was at my mechanic who saw no issue with hose but didn't want to risk pulling stuck spark plug as it requires special drill if it breaks. I spoke to my mechanic who has owned a shop for 40 years and said it would not take more than an hour to fix hose from beginning to end.Now I'm told they worked on car 2 hours and no mgr available. How is that since they didn't have to drill spark plug out? Now I'm shopping for a new car and would never buy a car from here ever. ****** was Servicer manager and said I pulled it before spark plug would be installed on Monday but this was being done at 2pm. Wait, I was told hose could not be replaced until Monday and why would spark plug not be installed once removed.I felt from start that this place price gauges. $350 just on heat hose which includes no labor. I asked to speak to manager and was told only until Monday but you know they are fighting for their service bonuses so it's not about the customer which is why they rank a 3 star which I've never ranked on any my customer service jobs. No matter what industry , 3 star is pathetic. If he would of reduced it to something reasonable then I would of moved on but there is no middle ground with these people. When you care about people then you find a way to make it right.I called literally right after I spoke to him to say I would not move forward with hose job since I know the owner at ********** in Northridge whom is reliable and reasonable.

      We purchased a new vehicle selling Galpin are jaguar XJL. When purchasing a vehicle before we drive off the lot we noticed the employees did not check the vehicle for Safety or Damage. The tires were at 24psi and there was a gash through the wheels from transport. There was also damage and cosmetic issues with the paint on 3/4 of a vehicle. After telling them that I would not like to purchase this vehicle unless it was fixed before I drive off the lot we argued about a rental car they already had my vehicle at this point. After agreeing we received a call three weeks later that our car was finished. Upon inspecting the car when they buff the paint The autobody shop contracted through for melted the paint. I pointed this out to the Galpin staff and they became very irritated with us. I was confused because why would I receive or take possession of a damage vehicle when it was new. They then fix the vehicle properly so my brand new vehicle that I purchased stayed there for 4 weeks.

      This is one of the real trouble started happening. Galpin sold our Jaguar without sending in the registration paperwork to take it out of our name. It is now four months later and we are still receiving tickets and threatening letters from the *** concerning past due tickets on a car we do not own.
      The Galpin person says it happens to them all the time and blamed it on **********. So we submitted all of the tickets to (****** ********* GALPIN MOTORS, INC. BUSINESS OFFICE). She seemed very irritated that we were upset that we are receiving all the violations in our name.

      Now it is November we purchased a vehicle in the beginning of July and we are still Receiving tickets in our name. Mistakes happen but at this point ****** ********* GALPIN MOTORS Will not return our phone calls or emails and is completely ignoring us.

      When a dealership makes a mistake they should fix it. They shouldn't ignore a customer. Now we are hoping **** corporate can help.

      Former temporary employee over 2 years worked very hard and was never offered any work after my position was closed, I felt the conpany offer me any reason for not offering me work, the managers said I did A good job, and since than not heard back after interviewing over 5 times all of there locations, I am A hard worker and deserve to work they ignore people is un professional and let this go un noticed
