After several years & costly refinishing -I discovered that the stone top was defective and had a high iron content, causing it to rust per a 4th stone mason ************* have discovered that this company is sold at many big box stores, and this problem could potentially affect many people who work hard to afford redoing their bathroom.Initial Complaint

On 6/30/2021 I bought a vanity for my daughter's restroom at *********** The vanity has a 2 year warranty and before the warranty expired one of the sidewalls cracked. I tried multiple times to follow the process they document on their website to claim the warranty and it was impossible. I even called them on the phone and they said they could do nothing because they only work warranties over email.I'm attaching the documentation.
