Tile is beautiful, packaged and shipped safely - no broken pieces. **************** was very helpful and took away the pallet. Communication was excellent, too - photos of the tile were sent for approval beforehand. Highly recommend.Review from Margaret H

I ordered multiple samples from Stone and Tile to my address in the Midwest. They arrived incredibly fast, much faster than anticipated. After seeing the product, I absolutely wanted to move forward with ordering. I placed an order and was shown a preview of the product. After confirming, they sent with tracking. I received the specific instructions on how to accept the delivery. The instructions were thorough and very clear. Luckily, there was no visible damage so accepting the delivery was problem-free.Finally, I opened and checked every box of product and was stunned by the beauty and quality. Not one single broken tile. Well worth the money and the shipping cost. I used another company for a different tile to save on shipping and 60% of the boxes came damaged.... ****** learned ;)I will be recommending this company to everyone! Especially my west coast contacts. I cannot wait to see it installed and so wish I could add a pic here. 10/10 would recommend. The tile is also thicker and higher quality than anything I came across at big box stores like F&D, HD etc. I'm so exciteddddddddReview from Matias L

By far the best price for a hard-to-find tile we wanted for our kitchen. After ordering there was a delay that came up and I received an email update from someone at the Stone & Tile Shoppe asking if I wanted to continue with the order or cancel - good customer service and communication. I elected to continue and then got another email shortly thereafter that it was going to be available earlier than expected - I received the tile - in great condition - a week later.
