            Got off of a long flight and stood out in the rain for 40min waiting to get inside this small room to secure our reservation. The steps to rent the car were janky, discombobulated and confusing and I could not hear or understand the lady behind the glass. Noticed a slow leak in a tire on the car but it was not too bad. On the way to return the car, we searched for a place to fill the tire as it was pretty low by then. Finding an air place was difficult and cost us about 45 min. This was going to make us late, so we called the number to let them know about 10 times but it would go into a hold pattern and then just hang up. So, we arrived about 45 min late. The lady doing the check-in was rude and short with me and even fussed about how I had parked the car a little slanted. They kept a lot of my deposit for returning the car 45min late even though it was because we were trying to fix their issue. I'm not a very confrontational person, so I guess I'm an easy target for this kind of poor customer service. I will definitely pay a little extra and go with the larger and more established car rental companies next time.
