Falsely promoting discounts! Codes dont even work they are stealing your money!! Do not buy from this store! Horrible customer service!!

Worst customer service and they will not refund my money since they declined my return. Very upsetting because I actually liked their clothes.

BEWARE! THEY REQUIRE YOU SHOW A PHOTO OF YOUR ID AND THE LAST FOUR DIGITS OF YOUR CARD FOR ORDERS OVER $100. I was quite upset with this company and they did not reach my expectations at all. I order from them on Black Friday and did not get my package until 1/10/2023. I went back and forth several times with them asking why they required "verification" of my ID when on their website it states it's not required with purchases made with Affirm. After going back and forth, eventually I was ghosted from the customer service and had to go on instagram to demand they do something about my order. They tried to fix the situation by providing me with a tracking number and told me they would ship out my package. I WAITED A WHOLE WEEK FOR THEM TO SHIP MY PACKAGE and they probably wouldn't have shipped it if I didn't ask about the status of my order. Once I got my package, one of the pants were defective and part of the material got sewn into the seam! I wish I never wasted my $150 on this company for ***** quality clothes. They also said they would give me a $15 gift card for the hassle but never did. I'm glad I didn't receive it because I don't ever want to give them my money again. Please beware of this store.

Never received order, customer service stopped responding after saying they'd forward my complaint to the "warehouse department". Order was "shipped" only after I contacted my bank to dispute the charge yet the shipping company hasn't received the parcel to this day. Terrible customer service

Worst customer experience ever. I bought the express shipping too! for one dress. Supposed to be here June 05. Its almost August. They said three business days. I called UPS and even though a tracking number was made the dress never got shipped to them. They last wrote to me saying in response to me wanting my money refunded that they are still trying to figure out through UPS (who never got the package) where the package is. There are soooo many other companies to choose from, 327 Clothing could just be an unnecessary headache if you go down this route. I hope this helps

Disappointed I have to write this because I was honesty a big fan of their clothing. I hadn't received an order after a month of it being ordered so I contacted them thru Instagram. They said they would resend it. I'm pretty sure they never resent my order because after two weeks I contacted them again and they simply say it "hasn't moved", and that they would give me a credit to use and that they would send it to my email by the end of that day. Two days later, no email sent so I contacted them yet again and told them. I got no response. The next day I contacted them again and I got an email but no response or apology. Then they make you pay for fast shipping saying it will come within two days. Even with my credit. I ended up waiting almost three weeks for my new order. I won't be ordering from them again.
