Came Out And Looked At My Garage Door Springs And Said That I Needed 2 New Springs For The Garage Door To Open (Because The Garage Door Would Not Open) On Top Of That They Said That There Is A Round Part That Controls The Coil, One On Each Side, And Said That One Of Them Were Bad. The Date Was August 9th, 2023 And I Was Charged $950.00 For 2 Springs And The Additional Part That Gets Attached On Each Side That Controls The Wire That Pulls The Garage Up And Down. He Never Put A New One On And I Was Charged For That Part That Is In The Total Cost Of The $9.50. So I Had To Call A&B Garage Door Back Because The Garage Door Was Hitting The Ground Too Hard And It Loosed Up The Clamps That Keep The Garage Door Together. Also, Because Of This I ********************** Called Garage Door Gate & Repair. When Their Technician Got Here He Said Those Are The Wrong Size Springs For This Type Of Garage Door And I End Up Paying $1,103 For New Heavy Duty Springs To Replace The Ones A&B Should Not Have Put On The Door Because they Were The Wrong Size For That Door. Now I have 2 New Springs From A&B That Are No Good To Me And On Top Of That I Paid A Total Out To A&B Of $950 For POOR And Unprofessional Because AGAIN The Door Kept Hitting The Ground Too Hard Loosening The Clamps Because Of Weak Springs Work From A&B Garage Door. I Feel A&B Should Give Me My Money Back I Paid For The 2 Springs That Did Not Work And They Are Still New. A&B Are Responsible For The Garage Falling Apart And Costing Me More Money To Repair. I Have Receipts/Invoices From All Payouts.
