Just amazing from the start to the end the installing crew did a fantastic and clean job on my solar installation also amazing communication with ************************* he got me the best deal from 6 different lets say top companies so thats way I recommend my across neighbor the are in the process now so I recommend Diamond solar no 1 solar company ,let me just say again Diamond solar top # 1 the best deal.

********************* at Diamond Solar did a FANTASTIC job on our solar installation. My wife really does her research and got a couple bids, Diamond Solar was the most competitive. Beyond that, they got the entire job completed in three days flat! The only thing that was uncomfortable was paying 90% upfront, but looking back I understand because they were moving so fast, so I would have been making a payment each day. **** was the main point in contact and he was responsive, managed expectations and delivered. I wish there were more sales people like him. They do honest work and got the job done within budget and on time.Diamond Solar Response

Diamond Solar fully met my requirements for install of my solar PV system. The kept me updated throughout the process and final product has performed flawlessly. They were very easy to work with and they went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met. Diamond Solar has been outstanding in every way. Straightforward consultation. Fast, efficient, ********************. They had my system up and running in a matter of days. It was connected to the power company in a month. The follow-up service has been fantastic. **** was my project supervisor. He is very cool and knows his stuff.Diamond Solar Response

They committed fraud by promising to eliminate the electric bill when they said "will see an ROI within **** years trading electric bill for a solar system you own. Diamond knew this was a lie.The install was a cluster f**k. When they finally got the system completed, they screwed up the grid connection which caused the provisioning to be delayed over a month. When it was commissioned, the system stopped producing the next day. It took me to figure to the problem, they installed the correct fuses and cut-off box. It was almost 2 months until the system would produce for more than a few days.Later that year (2021), when some of the optimizers failed, it took them about a month to replace the failed optimizers.In May 2022, a solar person found that a panel was loose and that the there were improperly installed junction boxes. This still has not done since.Just bad news.Diamond Solar Response

Between February and May Diamond Solar installed solar panels on our roof and coordinated the installation of a new heat pump/cooling system in our home with their sister company. It was a major job and throughout the process they were communicative, professional and worked with us through concerns we had. **** especially was a reliable contact person who really walked me through the process. I waited a while to give them a review because I wanted to see how and whether these upgrades worked over time. Now we've had some power bills that have reflected our new solar setup, and have stayed comfortable during this hot July without feeling like we're hurting the planet. I'm very pleased that we went with Diamond Solar for this work.Diamond Solar Response

I was let down by 5 solar companies in a row so I was very skeptical of Diamond. I received such incredible, above-and-beyond treatment that it even compelled me to write a review. **** at Diamond was my direct contact, he was an excellent communicator and even managed to get 7 more panels on to our flat roof than any other vendor was offering. Their install team and communication team were simply excellent. I rarely feel compelled to write a review but this company genuinely turned my skeptical outlook in one of a very satisfied customer.Thank you everyone at **********************.Diamond Solar Response
