I purchased an expensive bath tub about a year ago online. Now the tub is leaking. I paid $950.00 for this tub. I called the Wyndham Collection a couple of weeks ago, their voice mail indicating texting is better to get in touch with them or email. I have sent various emails to them asking them to look at the photos I provided, and let me buy parts from them for my tub. They continue to send the same email over and over again and not reading my information. They have been very frustrating and unhelpful. I am not asking for anything for free. I no longer have the receipt from a year ago. Their customer service is robotic and they will only chat with my via email and they have not been helpful at all. I need to order and pay them for parts so my bath tub will stop leaking. On 9/24/2021 I purchased a bathroom vanity from ******* that was sold by The Wyndham Collection. In the short time I have owned it I have seen major cosmetic issues arise that led me to reaching out to The Wyndham Collection regarding the quality of the product. I have attached email correspondence of The Wyndham Collection telling me these issues are due to my lack of care on my vanity.The Issues are excessive staining in the supposed "sealed" countertop and water and oil marks (from skin) all over the front of the vanity. The company essentially told me that this is from my care and not covered and sent me their warranty and care information. After reviewing the warranty information I resubmitted a request to The Wyndham collection and asked to start a warranty claim based on the "swelling" of the wood visible in joints throughout the vanity (pictured.) Their response to my claim was that the vanity was not delivered and installed in this condition and is not covered. I am submitting a formal complaint on BBB to investigate false claims of a warranty and of product quality that is being sold as a bathroom vanity but is unable to withstand any moisture or use. The Wyndham Deborah vanity with marble top model no ******************** Item no ****** Purchased at ******************. ****** gave me number of Wyndham to get resolved. The number they gave me is*************. Company wanted emails which I still have on record. I have emailed Wyndham at ***************************** 6 times. They emailed back 5 times. They asked for pictures of the "scratches "and "spots"on marble. I took pictures and it just blends with marble. Have to see with naked eye. Asked them to send someone to observe and they said they could not do that. I asked them if they would pay for me to have someone come out and send them a report. They said they could not do that. Plumbers didn't install cabinet til months after received. It stayed in box until they finished remodeling my bath upstairs. I used bath downstairs for a while. Once installed Upon glance the flaws aren't noticed. Not until see in light and try to clean did I realize the problem. Wyndham just dropped the whole thing since I couldn't get a picture to take.
