Complete scammers! I gave the technician my year make and model of my car and he asked me to ***** (which I should have known was a red flag) him 30 dollars before he would come and assets the cost to unlock my car. Soon as he pulled up he quoted me $125. I asked him why he didn't disclose the full price over the phone and he kept rudely cutting me off asking me if I wanted the service or not, and ******* me when I needed to call my husband. The guy was so rude and pushy. I had to ask my young son to step away so he did not have to witness the interaction. This is rude and unethical business practice to not disclose prices and wait to you have someone in a vulnerable position to have them to feel forced to pay a made up price. Dec 29th 9:30 PM ****** paid was $195 The business said they would meet me at my apartment at 9:00 PM and that they could unlock my one doorknob lock for $75. They confirmed this multiple times.The technician, ***** (unsure of spelling, but I have his phone number **********) confirmed multiple times over the phone that the price was $75. I arrived after a long day of travel and he was 30 minutes late. I had almost no battery charge left. After he arrived he said there was a travel fee and all of a sudden he could not tell me the final price. He needed to take a look supposedly. After he opened my one lock very easily, all of a sudden the travel cost was $120 and the total was $195. He threatened to shut the door if I didnt pay, and I had almost no battery to call anyone else. I felt unsafe. He forced me to Zelle him and would not accept credit card. He also did not disclose this on the phone. I think he also knew that I would dispute the charge based on his behavior. My father tried to call and have the owner call him, but he never did. They are a horrible business and I was able to find reviews online that confirm they have done this and worse to many other people. I want $120 back.Initial Complaint

Had a locksmith come over from ******************* to help me with being locked out of my home. They ended causing more damage to my door knob to the point where I have to now get a new door knob. None of this was mentioned on the phone when I called them for their service. I have used locksmith's in the past and none of them have ever caused my door knob to be damaged unlike this one.
