      I placed and order on a April 20th in the amount of $22.25 for a hip dot eyeshadow palette with order number# ****** And my item still has not shipped out I had reported this to the US postal service And the US postal service agent told me that a labor was created but the item wasn't shipped out And I've talked to the customer service through hipdot email And they said that the item has shipped out but when they sent me a tracking number It doesn't match up with the tracking service They have send my order through And I was already charged for an item that I have not received yet They also don't have a phone number where you can contact their customer service I just want my order or either a refund whichever one is possible If you look below and the screenshots I have attached The delivery dates don't match up It seems like they are giving that excuse to just rip me off

      I bought and paid HIPDOT in July of 2021 for a makeup kit. It arrived on January 26 of 2022. It had several delays and when it finally arrived, there was damages to the makeup as well as lacking safety measures to protect said makeup such as seals. Makeup came open and loose in the box.

      Products have come in damaged with no protective seals, leakage, poorly printed pins. I asked for a refund for said products due to not wanting to get sent new ones in fear of them coming in damaged again. Company pushed for me to accept new product instead of understanding me not wanting more. Waited nearly a year for my product. Damaged, no makeup safety seals, no expiration printing, leaking in the box, outside of box safety "holes" I'd call them?

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/16) */ We provided a free return label (shipping already paid for) to the customer so she could be refunded. However, the customer refused to return the items. Customer images showed minimal if any damage. We also sent her a replacement package that definitely did not have any damage and we told her that it did not have to be returned. She could keep it. She just had to return the "damaged" one, which she refused to do. All of the products are properly labeled with ingredients and shelf life printed on the back of the package. Customer did not wait a year for her products as she stated. She ordered in July knowing it was a pre-order that was expected to be delivered by Dec 31st. It arrived a few weeks later by Jan 24th due to freight delays with COVID. Delays every business is encountering. As you can see from the attachments, the damage was minimal, we offered to refund her anyway and sent her a label to send it back, she refused to send them back and the tracking of the label shows she never sent them as she also stated in her emails. We're a small business that works extremely hard and cannot afford to be taken advantage of by people wanting free products and refusing to return them (at no cost) for a refund. Just keeping products and demanding a refund is simply wrong. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/02/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) i don't understand how this is minimal damage when there's no damage seal on the product and it has spilled onto the hardware itself. they gave me a return label yes, i never denied that since i showed all of the emails. but they expect me to pay for packaging to send it back as well since it can't go in a letter mailer. nearly a year since july, yes. the preorder was ordered in july. i waited a year for it all total just for it to come damaged and originally you can see in the email they didn't offer the postage to be paid until i argued with them. the product they sent me was still leaking actually, and i didn't want to deal with them any further. i work in the makeup industry as well and saying that they're a "small company" not wanting to be scammed is so disrespectful, when actual small companies handle things 100% better than that response. You could return just the products without the collector box in a regular bubble mailer if that makes it easier for you. Alternatively, we can mail you a package (pre-labeled for return) that you can return the products in. Please let me know if either of those solutions works for you. We're looking forward to refunding you.

      I purchased a pre-order for Hipdot's MCR Danger Days release on 7/28/21 for $98.98 (My order was #******). The terms of the product listed that it would be shipped between October and December. On December 29, 2021, I emailed requesting a refund, as it was clear it was not being shipped by the end of December, and they had not informed us that the shipping date would be past December. Someone named ****** ***** responded to my email (sent to [email protected]). She replied the same day and refused my refund, saying the pre-orders weren't refundable per their fine print. I then re-requested a refund in 1/1/22, as their fine print stated the terms that their product would be shipped between Oct-Dec. She then said she checked on my order and it had been shipped, except it hadn't, I got shipping confirmation after she said it had already shipped. It sat for days. There are countless others who are commenting on their Instagram page also having issues, and they've answered customers saying they could refund since it was January, so I don't know why I wasn't allowed to request a refund. The product got here, broken, and both on Twitter and Instagram there are others saying their makeup is broken. The actual makeup itself smeared inside the collectors box in mine, the box was falling apart, and Hipdot used no padding to protect the product at all. They also claim these were stuck on a shipping container, so they weren't climate-controlled. Makeup needs to be stored properly. Other customers have tested the makeup and it seems to have issues, I don't even want to risk using something on my body that could be expired and give me a reaction. I have emailed them photos of the makeup, as well as asked why others were allowed to cancel and I wasn't. It also appears that they aren't sending a lot of customers the product they ordered. I also reached out on their instagram posts, they told me to DM them in a public comment, and have yet to respond to me through the DM I sent .

We received the pictures you sent It seems that the cardboard holder area for the lipsticks came loose, but that all of the products are in tact and undamaged. Customer service has gladly gone ahead and refunded the order. Please enjoy the products for free. We're sorry that they took longer to deliver than expected. Freight shipping along with supply chains have been delayed globally due the COVID pandemic.

      I had made a purchase from HIPDOT cosmetics on July 25th, 2021 for a pre order make up set. The expected deliver was supposed to be before Christmas but now one week into the new year I am seeing on their social media nobody has received their package and the PR sets they sent to influencers for free have come damaged. After seeing many comments online about customers being scammed I decided I wanted a refund since my shipping information was still not updated and I have been waiting weeks for any type of update. I reached out to their social media multiple times and one time they responded back with a help email for a refund. I emailed their help support about 5 days ago and have not heard anything back. I tried calling my bank but because it was over the 90 day period they suggested I reach out to the BBB. I think after doing my research online with the company that I am getting scammed and once the product does finally ship, if ever, it will be damaged and on the verge of expiration making it unusable and a waste of $98 and my time. Below I attached my personal experience with them, my confirmation email, proof that no shipping has taken place yet along with comments from other customers about fear of being scammed, denied a refund or received broken products.
