            This company boasts a lifetime warranty. I have had this mattress for about 4 years and it is too hard to sleep comfortably. I called about a replacement and was told I would not get one for 'hardness' I would get one if it showed physical damage. To me that is extreme and not what mattresses are all about..they are about sleep comfort and that should be what the warranty applies to.

            Never thought I'd review a mattress, but here we are. Got a Puffy after my old spring mattress gave out. Arrived faster than expected. Feels different from traditional mattresses - took some getting used to. Sleep's improved though. Partner says I snore less now. Had to contact support about the warranty - they were pretty quick to respond.
