            February 27, 2023. Dropped of my van at **** auto because of a coolant leak. ***** asked me to leave it over night. I came back the next day. Was told me that my intake manifold gasket needed to be replaced. I want to go get another opinion. Was told that I needed to leave it there. I asked him how much . ***** said $700.00. give or take. Said it would take a few days. He never called me back so Friday I called. Spoke with his son. He told me they were having a problem. I asked what kind of problem. He didn't answer me. Told me he would call me on Monday. Never called. I called Tuesday. Was told by ***** the owner that the engine was blown!!!! I took my van in for a coolant leak which turned into a complete blown engine. I am a 69 yo man with heart disease, bad back. Anxiety. I have a disability card.!! He told me there was nothing wrong with my van when I brought it in. He even told my wife and I that he felt responsible!!!. I had to have it towed home. Oil all over my driveway. I need my van. It is very hard on my back to get in and out of a smaller car. Please help me!!
