Hello, I was referred to this company by the water damage company that helped me with my insurance claim. There was a few things that they didn't do right at the time of removal of debris and asbestos and when I addressed with them they said they would come back and repair or reimburse me. I have been trying to reach them now for over 2 months alo9ng with messages and emails to come back and repair what they said they would do and no response. It is not right that they do this to customers they need to learn how to keep their word and complete the job sites. Please help me find a resolution to this. Thank you!Business response

We have since been in direct contact with *********************** regarding repairs and reimbursement. On Friday, May 17, we replaced baseboards and retaped HVAC ductwork, along with other minor repairs. There are two ceiling fans we are working with ******************, so that we may reimburse him appropriately.Initial Complaint

I fear that without intervention, Burns Environmental Services (License #XXXXXX) will continue to exploit and endanger its customers. Our attempts to issue our 10% down payment were rejected multiple times. During the MONTHS it took them to complete the terms of our contract, they directly exposed us to disturbed asbestos on several occasions, violated P5 Procedure/Laws, forced us to completely vacate our residence 4 times, and did around ******** of damage to our home. We have made multiple attempts to negotiate a fair credit/compensation, and have been met with utter silence and disregard. They are unprofessional and dangerous.
