I paid ****** ******* a total of $1,250.00 for refnishing a cast iron bath tub and a shower stall on July 25, 2022. **. ******* returned on July 26, 2022 to install tub drain and remove masking tape as identified on the attachedProposal. It was not until the evening of July 26 that I discovered that my wallpaper in my Master bathroom had been damaged (see attached photo). I texted **. ******* the morning of July 27 (see attached), and he responded by telephone advising me that it was "part of the job". I let him know that I was very displeased and I hung up. Due to a death in my family including a family pet, I did not get back to him until September 7, 2022, at which time I advised him that his telephone response to me was unacceptable. I demanded payment of a minimum of $250; otherwise, I would file a complaint with the BBB. I have not received a response as of the filing of this complaint.
