8/23/2023 Was hired to teach train my dog to sit, stay, no, quiet, come, heel not take food, not to door dash. *** came back only knowing to do the same two things he taught her to do when I interview him, which was sit and down. On 10/3 he agreed to come by to work with her, but texted me while ** was still asleep. I texted him to let him know this. No reply so I texted him again on 10/14, also letting him know that a visit here or there was not going to train her for what I paid for. he finally came by on 11/7, took her for about 45 min or nso. He came back and said, she cute and sweet, just keep working with her using food. He showed that she would sit and go down, the same thing he always shows. I never heard from him again. He claims I wasn't home when he tried to come by, however, I have text proof that it was only the one time. He also said I never reached out again. this is true because he didn't accomplish anything during the two weeks, or the time he came by for a short visit. He did not appear to care whether I was satisfid with the training or not. I let him know I felt she needed to stay with him again and that my last dog came back from training a completely different dog and *****, meaning she had the same bad behaviors. I had to send her to the trainer I used for my last dog and she came back trained as requested. She did stay with him so I feel like he should at least reimburse 1/2 of what I paid. It felt as though he did not seem to care once he dropped her back off to me. Again, he tries to put the responsibility on me for not answering him the one time I was asleep. He makes it sound as if it was multiple times, but I have text exchanges showing otherwise. *** is a nice man and I don't want to make trouble for him, however, we could not work this out and I need help. It was a lot of money with no results.Customer response
