Horrible people.They skirt the law to gain business.They picked up my $30,000 student loan. Now its $80,000. Id never heard of these people.They Skirted the court system by not including the top page of a summons I received. I called and spoke to *****. **** and laughed at me. Said you expect me to help you? I couldnt figure out which courthouse to go to. Now I have a lein for $80,000. They put a lein on a house that I was executor for. Wasnt even my house. It was very embarrassing.I spent $2000 to Student Loan Consolidation to try for the $5 repayment. G and H changed the court venue. They sent the notice to the wrong address. The papers got buried ********************** office in downtown **** I never did get a hearing nor the $5 repayment which I qualify for.Now they just put the payment up to $300 a month. I only found out by looking at my social security statement. How am I supposed to live on $1900 a month?All their student loans should go back to the ******************** at the Federal Student Aid.The BBB should put them out of business.The *************** should revoke their licence.Who is looking into this company? Who is protecting the rights of the public?
