Chariot Medical Transportation has been providing me with transportation to and from the dialysis center for a few months. Chariot Medical Transportation is ALWAYS late, over an hour late, each time. This company fails to provide required medical equipment needed ******** ******* for the journey to and from the dialysis center. They often borrow my own equipment despite being told they need to provide it. This company fails to arrive on time as scheduled. This company fails to communicate and collaborate properly - leading to neglect in required medical care. This company is not following COVID safety guidelines. This company has drivers that do not speak proper English - difficult to understand and communicate with. The owner/manager named *** has been made aware of these issues, but no changes have been made. This company should be investigated for neglect, fraud, their license to operate should be revoked or suspended.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2022/04/21) */ Patients pick up time was wrong and yes we did take proper equipment and drivers and emt's do speak english as it is a requirement although the member and wife at home don't speak english we send employees that spoke russian so they understand and also member has to give there concerns with time changes to the insurance company and change times as needed for them. Consumer Response /* (3000, 18, 2022/04/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) business is lying, they were late almost every time, their fault, their disorganized company, terrible customer service, we complained to the insurance company many times - they never improved. We finally went with another transportation company.
