Deserve 0 stars worst quality of parts gaskets made from wrong material and cheap quality bearing and other hardware customer service is a joke to deal with I will never use again engine rebuild kit 450 and another 400 spent replacing leaking gaskets really nice changing brand new gaskets

Well been going back and forth for a couple months now and seems like Im talking to a bot because all I get is the same response absolute garbage parts and customer service installed rebuild kit and 3 out of four pistons looks to have had bad casting because they all broke and destroyed my engine and you reach out and get nowhere I would not recommend buying anything from them absolute trash

Placed a order and tried to cancel it same day no way to get a hold of them. Shipped order after I messaged the same day to cancel. Then I try to return it sent it out to them and I paid for the shipping. They received it on April 25 2023 and I still have not received a refund. I have sent multiple emails and no response. It is now May 15

NOT GOOD. POOR QUALITY PARTS. SHOULD YOU GET LUCKY AND HAVE NO ISSUES . . .GOOD. BUT IF YOU DO HAVE AN ISSUE BECAUSE OF POOR QUALITY PARTS IT WILL BE CATASTROPHIC. STAY AWAY

We ordered direct from the Partsology site. The part was cheaper than anywhere, we paid for shipping the next day and it was still cheaper than anywhere we looked. The part arrived well packaged, and exactly as described. When my husband put the part on he said it is a perfect fit. I have booked marked Partsology and we will be buying from them again.

It has become very difficult to find the parts and to find them at a reasonable price. This part with next-day shipping was still half of the price of any local auto parts store. Also, I called to be certain they had the part, the customer service rep was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. A rare experience nowadays.

I am in desperate need of a timing belt tensioner for my 2014 Chevroler Cruze Diesel. These parts are exhausted and on back order throughout the entire nation, EXCEPT for Partsology and another ebay seller, RushMyParts. These two sellers are absolutely taking advantage of this shortage by price fixing/gouging, during these hard times no less. Partsology has DNJ part # TBT346A listed on ebay for $500, and RushMyParts has it listed on ebay for $999.99. This is just beyond disgusting in and of itself, let alone that anyone who owns this particular car, the XXXX-XX Chevy Cruze Diesel, has a car that's worthless and unusable if it needs the timing belt service currently. How can you take advantage of people so badly? Mind you, this timing belt tensioner is a rather inexpensive part, typically in the $50-70 range pre-pandemic. My local Chevrolet dealer quoted me less than $900, parts AND labor, to do the entire timing belt replacement job which also includes the water pump, idler pulley, all new coolant....that price also includes a new AC Delco serpentine belt!!!!!!! And these two scumbag sellers want $500-1,000 for JUST the tensioner??? I hope everyone reading this understands what these people are doing with a part that few people need, but, those who do, are completely screwed when a seller does this. Do not give Partsology, nor RushMyParts (ebay only seller) any of your business. *Please note, I spoke with DNJ engine parts, and they were appalled to hear of these two sellers engaging in price gouging. They were happy to accept my email to them, containing links to both ebay listings, and they immediately forwarded my email to their department that deals directly with Partsology, who is their authorized retailer. DNJ was not aware previously of any of the information I had provided to them, however, they thanked me for bringinf it to their attention. DNJ seems to be a stand up company, so I would ask anyone to not associate this review with them.

Totally fraudulent company. They work from a po box, then send order to some other company. That company can't even verify if parts are in stock, and will ship you something else, just to fill an order. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

This company is a sham. I bought a master Engine rebuild kit but for some reason they were out of the timing chain kit. I asked to return the kit because the refund was way less then what the timing kit is worth. I would rather go through a different company to get the kit as a whole, so I can save my money like I intended to do since the beginning. But even though I did not accept the refund, they sent it any way and are now trying to have me keep this kit that isn't even complete.
