0/10 would NOT recommend. I was a member here for over a year. The owner makes up new policies and only tells the people who are in the studio at the time. They change business hours without notice. And most egregious, when my tools and property went missing and I asked her to check with the staff to see where it got moved she lied and said nobody knew; I asked her to check the security footage to see what happened to my stuff and she called 911. As a Black woman this is obviously problematic for me. After I left I sat in my car to collect myself before trying to drive home and her husband proceeded to come outside and circle my car leering at me from different positions around my car, standing directly in front of my car laughing at me, then taking pictures of me. Needless to say I'm not the first member the owner blew up at and yelled at in the studio, and I guarantee I won't be the last if anyone else dares to question her questionable and unethical business practices. Since calling 911 on me she has emailed to threaten me with a restraining order, and had her billing system email me to say I'm banned. If harrassment is the type of fun you're looking for, feel free to check this place out -- they're really good at it!
