i purchased solar panels from this company spent $92,000 on the system and can not get anyone to contact me on how to monitor my system and make sure it is running efficiently. Contacted the sales *** i delt with and she said someone with customer service will contact me within 48 hours and that was 2 months ago still nothing. Having to pay a loan payment for $92,000 and entergy bill is going up every month. Would not recommend this company to anyone i cant even get the installer to answer my calls.

If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. We had a hail storm come through a month or so after our panels were installed and have not been able to get anyone to come out and check as to why our panels are underperforming (because there is hail damage, obviously). We just need them to tell the insurance that yeah, these are hail damaged and need replaced, but we cannot get a hold of anyone to get something scheduled and any time there has been a schedule, the person just doesn't show up. It's been almost 5 months now and we still can't get anyone to help us out. We were in the unfortunate position that this company had a good grade and positive reviews (even from neighbors) when we signed our contract. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you're interested in solar.

Worst company on the planet as far as I'm concerned. ******** services are a joke my panels are down more than they are working since I had them installed. Worst investment I ever made RUN AWAY as fast as you can

I initiated a quote from your company. After speaking with my spouse we decided not to pursue solar at this time with your company in summer of 2023. I've had multiple text, calls, etc. since I told them I wasn't going forward. I'll also reach out to the company's corporate office to complain of continued harassment. Corporate never returned my call. I am still receiving texts from your company. If any more communication is attempted I will seek further action.

Company unresponsive, trying for 5 months to get 5g upgrade installed. Paid for this 5 months ago

An awful company to deal with. They seem good at sales and nothing else. They obviously grew too much too fast causing them to over promise and under deliver. From reading this reviews, I count myself lucky that my system got installed. It took 10 months from contract signing to PTO. I have been dealing with a warranty claim for under producing panels for 6 months. Their turnstile of project managers has lengthened this process. This company can not handle the business they have. I would stay away.

RUN AWAY!!! Do not use this company. We selected this company after another solar vendor did not deliver for us. After months of research we landed with them. I'm happy to see that the rating is now an F on this site, unfortunately for us it was still an A at the time of our agreement in Jan 2023. At first all seemed fine, they delivered the panels, had an installer get them on in March 2023. Then everything went wrong, they were not able to obtain the permission to operate (***) from our electric company because they have no idea how to pick up the phone. We called multiple times got the run around for months. We were told they would make all payments to our lender until the *** was completed. We assumed this meant they would actually work on things as they were paying the bill. That was not the case. Finally I found the email of the *** *****, he put us in touch with his "top guy" ***************************. ****** threatened us on multiple occasions for leaving negative reviews of their company. We obtained our *** in March 2024 because I took the time to coordinate everything with our power company. This company was trying to claim it would cost an additional $10,000 to get a new line run to our house. The actual cost was $750. They are nothing but scammers. They still owe us $3,387.45 though I don't we will ever see that. As the latest email we received they are having "financial struggles"

System was installed 4 years ago and I spend more time getting ahold of people to fix issues.nowi can't get ahold of anyone. I set online appointments to not get called. My system down over a month and I'm out so much money. Don't use this company it's not worth the hassle.

First off I found out they way undersized my system and wanted me to take out a giant loan. This company has taken about a year to even get to the installation, I cancelled everything out including the loan for over $70k and they are wanting to still force me to get their system. The main manager ********************************** me, threatened me and swore at me. They are threatening me and harassing me over and over. I warn everyone stay far far far from this corrupt company!

Current issue.My system was installed in November of 2022 and it has only worked correctly for 2 months. This company will not call back even when you have a "service ticket" active. *************************, the service manager has not replied to emails sent. There is no communicationfrom them on service issues. CurrentlyI have only half the panelsworking and the issue was reported 3 weeks ago.I have had no contact from the representative from GHS. This is only one of the issues I have had with the system. Calls to support if answered will go no further if you leave a message it will not be answered.system start on Nov 17 2022Issues since turning the system on.8 of 17 panels not working (installer had to come back out)inverter issue (replaced)9 of 17 panels not working. (new tech had to trouble shoot)bad cable found and have to be replaced. worked for about a month
