  Date of transition November 10, $2023-$500, December 21 for $1000, ***** ninth for 650. never received the service I was in the hospital when they were taking money out of my credit card without my authorization I disputed it with the credit card company but the company said that I signed agreement the agreement I signed for was for the $500 credit card company charge me again fees I called the company they told me they never received the money, I have proof on my credit card statements

  Oct 31 2023,paided 4900,they scammed me to fix my tax problems saying for 4900 dollars they would make all my tax issues be dissolved in 24 hours.It's been 5 months and no fix.Now they said they would amend my K1 form and do my 2023 taxes for free.Now they want me to pay them another 5900 dollars to do my 23 taxes and do my 24,25,26 taxes as well all un be nounsted to me.This was never discussed or agreed to by me. This company is a TOTAL SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid for services I did not get as advertised by them.VERY RUDE TO ME.

  **** has been communicated with since this complaint and he understands that his grievance is unfounded. We have in fact done what we were contracted to do and understands he is under no obligation to hire us future services. This was a huge misunderstanding as our case records show significant work and communication with the *** and that things had come to a stand still due to non cooperation in getting ****'s K1 completed. **** has since spoken to our Tax Preparation and legal team  to get all that is needed for ** to complete his case as agreed upon.

  I purchased *********** Services ***** through OVATION TAX GROUP with my *********** Ovation Tax Group did nothing to assist me with my IRS tax debt. Their accountant said they would set me up on a payment plan, so I canceled Ovation Tax Group services through the merchant and *********** Long story short CHASE called me on a phone number I have not used for 12 years and said they sent me a letter. The Letter was on a portal that I never looked at so they paid the vendor again after refunding my money. I submitted paperwork from Ovation Tax Group showing they would do no work until I paid them again after canceling the payment. ***** did nothing to assist me and they said the ***** would remain on my credit. I have had 2 issues in 59 years with ***** **** and neither one of them was resolved. I have had two issues in 59 years with ***************** and both of those were solved. I will never again use my CHASE **** or **** card after the poor customer service I have received.

  On Jan 31, 2023 Received phone call * them knowing I had a tax debit problem, stated there is a New Tax relief program,, ***************** passed , any outstanding tax debit will be resolved, Two men ******************************* and *************************** * verifiably can get my 2019 tax debit resolved in 14 days ,. Even ************** call with IRS ,. I authorizing they can have my tax records and transcripts, and it will be resolved ,, once they receive $4500 with CC over phone ,, Im very skeptical, but did it anyway .. to resolve a 28k tax debt * for 2019 * they had me initial docs over the internet, that I explicitly demanded copies of ,, what I just authorized .. with no reply , email , phone calls , I continued to ask for these two men with absolutely no reply back ,, who conned me in to this ,, and apparently one of the docs I was told to sign , stated if I wasnt satisfied ,, I could get out of this charge within 15 days .. per what now my bank is stating .. I have emails I demanding stop the clock immediately,, but after the 15 days .. then after all this * I receive email from a Amber * emailing me transcripts* for my 2019 taxes ,, that I already had access to on my own ..Im still in contact with IRS , on my own , not one word with these folks since then who stated tax relief on its way * for my 2019 tax returns.. Whats interesting* I had my bank refund my $4500* reporting as not receiving what I had purchased .. which is true and only then did I get a threatening VM , their going to get my $4500 back , which they did . When Tax Ovation * sent ************* those docs I had to initial,, that I never received copies of .. what a scam and setup by these people.. and their is NO tax relief program * in the first place for my situation, that I had explained to them in detail by me. I have emails requesting my concern , within the first two weeks ,, with no reply * until Feb 22

  This individual is not a customer of ours. I believe they have the wrong company. We are a property tax lender. ******* money to assist w/ property taxes in the **************. We do not assist w/ IRS tax debts.

  04/05/2023 ********************** Paid $5,800.00 To file past due taxes and resolve past due amounts Canceled within 20 minutes of signing e-paperwork over the telephone, did NOT see, in the very small print, cancelation must be in writing. Although Ovation notes state we called to cancel!Put in STOP payment, with ***************** the same day, case filled, number available upon request.Received letter, from ***** *********** dates 16 May 2023, stating **** is siding with Ovation, AND NOT getting returning the payment I am 65 years old and believe I was targeted because I I have a line for past taxes due ****** requesting a full refund!
