When we purchased the car we where told our first service was included , We also got a letter from Porsche corporation that welcomed us to get an appointment for our first free and included service. When we took the car there they tried to charge us **** dollars and stated that our first service was done on the car already and they have charged Porsche for it which is wrong because the car only had 4 thousand miles on it . They prematurely did the service on the car so they can add the **** dollars to their profit and never told or disclosed it with us . We tried to talk the a couple of people and they told us off .I also asked to talk to the sales person and he mentioned that he never told ** about that and he is sorry . Sorry doesn't pay the **** dollar bill . We told them we wont perform the service and will take the car back until we figure our how to handle this .

Mckenna Porsche is a New Car Porsche Dealership.  We have done everything with this client that we would do with any of the over 30 cars we certify monthly and retail.  The "first" service is simply an oil and filter change... NOT the first "SERVICE"....  We did tell the customer that on the 2 year Service, that should be done 2 years OR 20k miles the service would be $2100.   We were making the accomodation for the $450 part of the service that was done when we certified the vehicle.

The customer was UNWILLING to let us explain our paperwork back up or anything else and simply stormed out of the dealership.

We are still willing to honor the $450 accomodation should they choose they want to do our service.

      Thank you,

Essentially, the dealership took my deposit of $5,000.00 for roughly 7 months, in exchange for a custom car and ultimately reneged on our agreement. I was in the market for a Porsche ******* On 1/26/22, McKenna Porsche stated the best price they could do was sticker price plus an additional mark up of $3,750.00. They stated, "who else is going to guarantee an April delivery at only $3,750.00 over sticker", and that, "this deal is only valid today. The deposit amount of $5,000.00 would need to be sent within 24 hours or no deal." With that, I went ahead and immediately wired the $5,000.00 on 1/27/22 to start ordering this custom-made car. That same day, they also ran my credit check and approved me. The price, monthly payments, lease term, etc., were discussed upfront between me and ********* (sales manager), as well as ******** (salesman) during the transaction. The car arrived in May/June, the dealer informed me the car was damaged with a broken headlight fan. They informed me that it would take "two days to two weeks, conservatively, to repair this". I waited, while continuing to incur thousands in rental car fees. Two weeks came and went with no repair in sight. The dealer stated at the end of the two-week mark, they don't know when they'll ever get a replacement headlight fan for this car. It could not be sold to me without that part working properly. Hearing there was no repair in sight, I got Porsche North America involved. Coincidentally, the parts arrived to the dealer on 6/23/22 and was installed and operating fine. Corporate stated the car was now ready for me to pick up. I immediately contacted the dealer and tried to make arrangements to pick up the car. When I contacted the dealer on 6/25/22, I asked for ************* (General Manager), was told he was busy and that they were cleaning the car off for me. I tried contacting salesman, **********-no response either. On 6/27/22, I woke up to a refund of $5,000. They now refuse to sell the car to me.
