      This company has very shady business practices. Especially when dealing with them via home warranty companies such as American Home Shield. ****, who I believe may be the owner came out to fix a simple leaking metal faucet but was too lazy to replace the washers and decided to replace the entire faucet with a plastic one. I believe he probably took mine, rebuilt it and reused it for profit. Anyway, now just one year later the piece of **** he replaced my faucet with is now spurting out water from the base. I was told that the manufacturers only provide a 30 to 6 months warranty. How can this be? The other faucet had been in my home for decades and now you replace it with one that barely lasted a year. What a ripe off and the home warranty company is just as guilty. They work together to cover each others negligence.

      To whom it may concern, this customer has a home warranty (American Home Shield). AHS contracted DN Plumbing out for a leaky faucet. AHS has a particular coverage with the homeowner, which states replacement faucets will be chrome builder standard. Our company always offers the customer an upgrade for an additional cost. In which is a must better quality faucet. This homeowner declined and wanted what AHS provides. Our company replaced and took care of the original leaking faucet. The faucet was new and in good working condition upon replacement, it was not leaking or malfunctioning. AHS backs a 30-day guarantee of parts and labor. Our company never heard any complaints from the customer in that time frame. It took over a year to hear from the customer regarding this issue. Unfortunately, the faucet AHS goes back with, is no longer under manufacture warranty. This is why the customer has a complaint and is upset.

      I am rejecting this response because: The response from DN Plumbing is incorrect. At the time the faucet was replaced, I was never offered an upgrade option. Both AHS and DN plumbing were notified last year that I was not satisfied with the replacement and never mentioned any kind of options, however, I did received the same run-around that I received this year after the faucet failed. The difference is that the replacement plastic faucet is now spurting water from the base which means it was not in good condition of an adequate replacement at the time they installed it. This faucet has received less than normal use because of its location in my home. I pay $100 monthly for my home warranty and do not expect that after 1 year of below normal use the faucet would present with a problem such as water spurting from the base of what was supposed to be a new faucet. No matter what material it was made from. This is unacceptable.

      If you'd like, buy whichever faucet you would like installed and we will install it for you at 50% discount ($100 savings). This is the best we can offer since the faucet has been installed over a year ago and has not failed until now. Thank you, DN Plumbing.

      I am rejecting this response because: I will never receive service from DN Plumbing ever again and have placed a note on my account with AHS that they are never to assign this company to any requests. I would never trust this company in my home and am insulted by their offer in compromise.

      The home warranty company ******** ** ******** for a hot water issue. They provided a quote for the ******* ** Plumbing has been unresponsive to the property manager and me in order to schedule ******** We have both called the phone number provided but there is no answer. It goes straight to a voicemail box that is full and we have sent requests to call back via text. It has been over a week and I still do not have hot water at the residence. I have already been charged through the ******** company for their initial service to check on the plumbing issue.

This was in regards to a tankless water heater. Her warranty denied coverage on her tankless water heater and the routine maintenance that was needed in order to resolve her issue with her tankless. ************** when a claim is denied our work is completed unless the homeowner wants to move forward and pay out of pocket to resolve the issue. We sincerely apologize for the full mailbox as our phones have been acting up the past few weeks. We have not received any text messages or emails regarding her situation. She can reach out to our owner directly with the information provided if she has any further questions. Again, sorry for the miscommunication and hope we can service her better in the future.
